They recently serviced my 2019 BMW 430i and completed an oil change, brake fluid service, spark plugs, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and a full vehicle inspection. What I appreciated most was their communication and transparency throughout the process. They provided detailed inspection reports with photos, took the time to explain their findings, and answered my questions without pressuring me into additional repairs. They also identified a coolant leak and showed me exactly where the issue was coming from, which helped me make an informed decision about future repairs. The car drives great after the service, and the team has been willing to work with me on pricing and discuss different options moving forward.
