We have had two issues with our 2024 Pacifica hybrid since buying it over a year ago. The first was that charging system needed a reset after a power outage. Thankfully the 8 year factory warranty was still in effect. It still two days to get it back, but it was no big deal.
The second was an issue with the AC. They said they would need to hold onto the car for multiple days the first time I went to get it fixed, so I had to wait for another time because of our schedule. (They don’t give loaners which I understand from an insurance perspective but was very inconvenient for a one-car family.) When I could finally schedule time to bring it in, they found that the rear evaporator was broken and it was more expensive than I thought it would be. Then when the AC stopped working a second time, I went back and the front evaporator was also broken. What was the chance for a new-ish car? Also I was so mad because the problem occurred at 36,100 miles so just outside of the factory warranty and I didn’t have an extended warranty. They had my car for 3 days the first time and 5 days the second time. Edgar sent me photos of the progress as I checked in periodically. He always had a pleasant attitude even though I was very annoyed by the whole thing. In the end, they gave a goodwill gesture and I didn’t have to pay for the front evaporator after everything.

Bad service, none professional service. Brought the car due to ignition problems, so many times we had trouble car not starting. The car stayed in dealer for 3 days supposedly they fix that problem and did some updating, we call to ask if ready they said yes ready to pick up we came they said the passenger side window not going up , we did not have such problem when we brought for service. Iam lost of words how they tell us to pick up knowing window is not working and it’s their doing. We had to leave the car to get the window fixed now we picked up car after another two days and a weekend, while driving home the air conditioning is blowing only hot air. I just called them to notify I am told we have to take it back tomorrow and they don’t know how long will take to figure out the problem, could take another 3 days. Before they say the car is ready to be picked up they must run a basic test making sure everything is working, this is basic test. Very inconvenient, it’s been days we are without a car. Very disappointed with the service.

Great service and great communication. They were able to fix my car fast and kept me updated throughout it. Edgar was really helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Highly recommend.

I’m not happy due to the fact that I dropped my truck off which is under warranty and it was gonna cost me to diagnose the problem before it could be fixed why would it cost me anything while under warranty ? Now the check engine light is on , I told Edgar the engine was making dieseling sounds when I dropped it off. The truck is under warranty and I want the dieseling issue addressed and acknowledged. Should I bring it to dependable or San Fernando ?
