  Troy in service was outstanding. My Durango started over heating this past weekend. We needed the car for an 800 mile trip this weekend across the desert. I connected with Troy first thing Monday morning and he said while they were fully booked I should bring it in and they would to their best to get to it so we could leave town on Thursday. It turns out not only did they manage to take a look on Monday they had diagnosed the issue and were able to get a new water pump and thermostat installed by end of Tuesday and test driven and completed by Wednesday morning. In an age where you need to call service writers two and three times to get a call back to be told they might be able to see you in a week this was an unbelievable experience and far exceeded any reasonable expectation.

  I came in just to look at a truck and ended up walking out with this said truck, Alex the salesman that helped me was very polite and answered all my questions I had regarding the truck. Truly a great experience, I’m very happy with my new truck!

  Took my Jeep for a recall service, Troy was my service advisor that morning. He explained the service and how long it will take. I was willing to wait for my car since they were going to start working on it. He would keep me updated on what was going on and what was needed. My experience that morning was really good, satisfied with what was done.

  The service writers are fine, I prefer Troy or Edgar. The parts dept personnel have always been friendly and helpful. The last 2 oil changes have been somewhat sloppy. The 1st of 2, the tech. overfilled oil by about 1/2 quart. Each time the tech. overfilled windshield wiper fluid to the top, a quart over the max fill line. This time the service person didn't protect the carpet, had oil on his shoe and transferred oil to carpet. This time the technician left oil prints on the engine cover. I once had the Bureau of Automotive Repair involved because they diagnosed to replace a transmission, that didn't fix the problem, it needed engine mounts, $5,000 vs $800. The owner has since replied and I appreciate that. I should add that I was incorrect on the most recent oil change, the oil level was filled properly. Again, thank you for the response and tone of response, that makes a difference.

  I have a ram 1500 5.7 hemi and I needed to get an oil change. They had a deal over at Dependable Dodge. They also had a deal over at the Dodge dealer out in Valencia but with traffic that would’ve been a 3 Hour Dr. so I called my local Dodge either which was of course Dependable Dodge and they had a special on their oil change also two for one which also included up to 7 quarts of penzoil platinum synthetic oil for 170 bucks that’s 85 bucks per change which in itself is a very fair deal especially when you get up to 7 quarts of oil And a new oil filter and since my truck hold 7 quarts of oil, it needed the 7 quarts so it wasn’t just adding a little bit. It also included a four-wheel rotation on my truck so I called and I talked to Dave the service manager and he fit me into the schedule the next day once it was done they called me and texted me right away to let me know it was done I picked it up paying for it was a breeze very friendly cashier. Nice young lady. Stopped to say hi to Dave and thank him and of course he went out of his way to thank me very good service in a world where people don’t really care to say hi and more importantly thank you anymore so my hats off to Dependable Dodge my hats off to Dave And whoever worked on my truck and all the people that were so nice over there. I would definitely go there again and I would definitely recommend them to anybody with high marks.
