  Was in and out in 20 minutes with a new battery that they installed for me and took my old battery! Great customer service! I always come here for my car needs!

  I received amazing service from Garson. He kindly checked the battery level and determined it needed to be replaced. He helped me replace the battery and did so quickly and efficiently. The staff was nice and although there was a line of customers they attended everyone as quickly as possible.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eric at the AutoZone on Sherman Way gave me excellent customer service. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me with my car situation instead of rushing me out the door. I’ve been dealing with a lot of transportation and vehicle problems lately, so having someone actually listen, explain things clearly, and help me figure out what I needed made a huge difference. Eric represents what good customer service is supposed to look like. AutoZone should recognize him for going above and beyond for customers. I definitely appreciate his help and would come back to this location because of the service he provided. Thank you, Eric! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Amazing experience and overall I’m overjoyed!! Labor Day 2026 they had suffered a power outage and still attended me with what I needed. When the item I purchased at first didn’t fix I came back and they still attended me for a swap. I’m very happy and grateful for the staff for still helping me even if their system was down. Overall I’m so happy and they made my Labor Day! 👍👍

  I came into this AutoZone because my check engine light had turned on and I needed assistance scanning my vehicle to find out what the issue might be. The woman who initially assisted me, who I believe was the manager, was extremely sweet, professional, and helpful. She told me she would gladly assist me, but because the store was very busy and there was a long line, she asked another employee named Ashley to help me connect the scanner to my vehicle. Unfortunately, Ashley’s response was completely unprofessional. She made a very obvious and disrespectful facial expression and stated that she was not going to help me. As a customer, it was extremely uncomfortable to be treated as though asking for assistance was an inconvenience or a burden. I completely understand that employees can be busy or may not always be available to step away, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that. Making a disgusted face and refusing to assist a customer in that manner is unacceptable, especially when another employee had simply asked her to help because the store was busy. I want to make it very clear that the woman who initially assisted me was wonderful and handled herself professionally. My negative experience is specifically regarding Ashley’s attitude and behavior. If helping customers is part of your job, customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome simply for asking for assistance.
