  horrible costumer service from Henry. I was there to buy oil and i gave him model, year and make of my car, nothing else. I offered my VIN and he declined no use it. He gave me high mileage oil as part of a “deal” they were having in store but i did not see it was high mileage i dont lnow anything about oil and cars. I returned later to the store to exchange it and he told me: that’s why you have to read before buying” and i said: I guess and then he had the nerve to tell me, “no no I guess, you have to, period” then he ask me for the receipt for the return and i said i would like to exchange it and he said, “ tomatoe tomato i need it “ He claims he did not say it and that he has video proof. Soooo rude! don’t bother to come to this location. I went to o riley’s after and the boy asked me for vin and mileage very nice young boy.

  Visited this location earlier today and had a mixed experience. I initially came in to get a spark plug socket, which was fine. However, after realizing I needed an additional socket (different size), I went back inside to ask for guidance. The employee at the counter told me they don’t check sizes and only work through their parts system, which I understood. However, the way it was communicated felt unnecessarily dismissive. He suggested I “use Google” or “AI tools” to figure it out, and when I responded briefly, he added: “You say okay, but it doesn’t seem like you understand.” That comment felt unprofessional and not appropriate in a customer interaction. Additionally, the employee appeared somewhat disoriented (at one point mixing up time-of-day greetings with other customers), which made the overall experience a bit uncomfortable. I have no issue with store policies, but basic professionalism and respectful communication should be expected.
