    Hopefully all Customers have the opportunity to receive great service from Gabe Sanders. I did yesterday a d his friendly demeanor and helpful attitude was impressive. His Manager, Mark, is aware of how impressive Gabe is, as I complimented Gabe to Mark, and it's a great relief to be able to count on a local parts store with friendly and helpful Staff.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone in Camarillo thanks to Marcus, the store manager. A friend of mine was experiencing a charging system issue after installing a brand-new alternator. The alternator wasn't producing the proper charging voltage, and after diagnosing the problem, I was confident the alternator itself was defective. I explained the test results and voltage readings to Marcus. He took the time to fully understand the situation, charged the battery, and bench-tested the alternator twice to verify the issue. Based on the information and test results, he exchanged the alternator without any hassle. He also explained that if the replacement didn't solve the problem, there was likely another issue in the charging system, which I completely agreed with. After installing the replacement alternator and battery, the charging system worked exactly as it should. Marcus was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping resolve the problem instead of making the process difficult. If you're looking for outstanding customer service, knowledgeable automotive advice, and a manager who stands behind the products his store sells, I highly recommend Marcus and the AutoZone in Camarillo. Thank you, Marcus, for making the warranty process easy and for providing excellent customer service. This was on a 2007 Toyota matrix.
