Crystal, Aldo and Rick are the people I interface with and they are all great!

It drove nicely when it decided to work, but one usually gets cars so they can go from point A to B, not to be stranded somewhere. Volvo promises roadside assistance but when you call they just tell you to get lost. So, what to do with a 9 day old brand new car that stopped working? Hmm. Go to Volvo Palo Alto for actually decent service.
