He was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the entire process. He took great care of my vehicle, kept me informed, and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s always nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about the customer and takes pride in their work. Christopher made the whole service experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate his help and attention to detail. Highly recommended — definitely a 5-star experience!
- ALAlice LoebSep 12, 20261.0Just drove 25 min for a scheduled test drive of the new EX60 and the salesman, William, wouldn't let us drive on the Freeway because "there are so many people interested in test driving it." Even though we were seriously in the market, told him we had just returned a Volvo electric car at the end of its lease, and *had an appointment*. We had called weeks ago asking for an appointment when it came in. He also talked down to my wife. Go to another dealership that will actually let you really drive the car and is considerate of your time versus prioritizing their own.

I get a loaner car while the car is serviced and get updated on the progress and ETA via sms and phone. The overall experience is very positive. Crystal, Aldo and Rick are the people I interface with and they are all great!
