  Love the folks at Enterprise!! Been doing business with them now for the past 7 years once a month. I sold my car when I moved into the midtown area so when I need a vehicle I just go over to Enterprise and they always cut me a sweet deal. Plus I'm in Enterprise member so I get discounts from the membership program. You can't go wrong with Enterprise ❤️

  Great experience from start to finish. The staff was very helpful with my rental, which was covered through an accident claim where I wasn’t at fault. They even suggested I request an upgrade to match the luxury SUV I normally drive, and handled everything smoothly. The upgrade was approved by the other party’s insurance at no extra cost. Big thank you to Vince for the excellent customer service—I really appreciated the support during a stressful situation.

  I was at this location for a Lucid billed large EV sedan. Apparently the manager quit and 2 people were working. So, I had to wait for more than 1 hour like others. This means that Enterprise has no backup in such cases. All I got was a Tesla Model 3 vs a Model S or better. I was not even offered any other choice.
