  The team at Enterprise on Burlway Rd in Burlingame were fantastic. They were kind and professional and we just had a great experience with them from renting the car to returning it. They get five stars from me and my husband. We highly recommend!

  The service at pickup was phenomenal and quick. Drop off was easy despite the very crowded counter. Kudos to the friendly workers.

  Very disappointing and misleading experience. I rented through an insurance claim after an accident, and GEICO was covering the rental. At check-in, I was offered optional protections, but no one clearly explained that these charges were PER DAY. I later realized these “extras” were adding over $50 EVERY DAY — more than $450 for 9 days out of pocket. Had someone simply told me the actual daily and total cost, I would never have agreed to them. I understand customers should review what they sign, but when optional add-ons cost hundreds of dollars, the staff should be transparent and clearly explain the total financial impact. I felt completely blindsided by the amount. If you’re renting here, especially through insurance, ask for the exact PER-DAY cost of every single add-on before agreeing to anything. I wish someone had done that for me.

  Had a great experience renting a truck here and working with Vince. Was honestly surprised how smooth and on the ball these guys are compared to other rental agencies. My truck was ready when I needed it and parked out front waiting for me and they had me in and out in no time.
