  I've been coming to this Burbank Olive Valvoline for over 10 years. I have always had phenomenal service! Always great people who are nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick! I definitely recommend coming here and certainly plan to continue coming myself for years to come!

  Got a drive-thru oil change and it was a quick-easy experience. Staff super friendly and maintain an upbeat atmosphere. Would return!

  First time using Valvoline for an oil change and left a happy customer! Ricky provided amazing customer service and made sure to tell me about all the services they offered. Will definitely continue using them in the future!

  After going through the general inspection and information input, etc, I was told they didn't have my car's oil filter (Chevy Equinox) in stock. After a moment, the service tech told me there was an AutoZone just a few minutes away and they could try to get the filter there, but it would take maybe 20 minutes. I said fine, I'll wait. Then, a couple minutes later the tech came back saying AZ wasn't answering the phone, so I'd have to go myself. It was 25 minutes before Valvoline's closing but I decided to go there, hoping to make it back in time. I found the AutoZone, went in, approached the man at the counter and asked for an oil filter for my Equinox. "Oh, did you come from Valvoline?" I said "yeah, but they told me you didn't answer your phone." "Yes, we answered!" So I bought the filter for $13 and headed back to V. Got there and in line before closing and when my turn again I handed a new tech the oil filter and asked how much discount there'd be since I supplied it. He said, "None, we don't give a discount if you bring your own filter." "But you didn't have it in stock and I had to get it myself!" He then tried to tell me that V didn't charge for the filter, it was "free"... I literally laughed and told him to please not insult me after all this. "Valvoline may not allow you to give a discount; ok, fine, then say that, but don't try to feed me the 'we don't charge for the filter' nonsense!" So great, Valvoline actually got me to pay for my "FREE" oil filter. I was frustrated, and thoroughly fed up with this V Oil Change station, (Olive and Buena Vista, Burbank, CA) and will NEVER be back. What a racket!
