  I've been a regular customer at this Valvoline location for oil changes and have always appreciated the friendly, helpful service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I stopped by to have air added to my tires, a service I've received here for free on multiple occasions. This time, I was told it would cost $9.99. When I questioned the charge, the manager, Oscar, insisted that this was a new company policy, stating that "things have changed" and that Valvoline now requires customers to pay unless they're getting an oil change. I pulled up Valvoline's official website, which continues to advertise complimentary tire pressure checks and air fill-ups without mentioning an oil change requirement. Despite showing him this information, he maintained that the charge was required. I asked if we could contact customer care together to verify the policy. He initially suggested I call on my own, but after I continued requesting clarification, he agreed to override the charge "just this time," warning me that I would have to pay $10 on future visits. To be fair, he remained respectful and ultimately provided the service at no charge. However, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult, especially for something Valvoline publicly advertises as complimentary. My concern isn't just about the $10. It's about transparency, consistency, and fairness to customers. If Valvoline has genuinely changed its policy, that should be clearly communicated and reflected on its website. And if the fee is legitimate, I'd like to understand what exactly customers are paying for. I've contacted customer care for clarification because I believe other customers deserve accurate information before paying for a service that may still be complimentary. I hope Valvoline addresses this discrepancy. I've enjoyed being a customer here and would like to feel confident continuing to bring my vehicle to this location.

  Ricky was extremely helpful today!!! As someone who does not know much about cars, I TRULY appreciate you guys walking me through each step. I feel safe and comfortable everytime I come to Valvoline. I will definitely be one of your customers for life!!! My jeep wouldn’t be the same without all of your help. Thank you all!!!

  No manager on duty to help with questions. The coupon online wasn't loading. The service rep kept saying he can't type it in but then was able to call a manager to do it. This the seco d time at Valvoline witb a bad experience. The store never has my air filter in stock. So I brought mine own one in. This is what your service guy in the past told me to do and has put it in for me. I asked yesterday and the guy said can't do it and no manager on duty to authorize. I have trip that I needed this replaced and was very disappointed. I will not be using Valvoline in the future. I have multiple cars and it is sad to see the service go down so much since I started with you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! This was my first time at Valvoline, and I had a great experience. Ricky, Stephen, and Brian were amazing—very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick. They changed my oil, replaced my windshield wipers, and took care of everything I needed in no time. I really appreciated how efficient and helpful they were throughout the entire service. Excellent customer service from start to finish! I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this team!

  In the past, I’ve been charged nearly double for the exact same oil change, and as a woman, I’ve often wondered if that played a role. This experience was completely different. The service was professional, fast, and transparent from start to finish. Oscar was amazing! His customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciated him taking the time to explain every step of the process without making me feel pressured or talked down to. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!
