  National rents newer, clean, well maintained cars. On the rare occasion I’d had an issue, they were quickly responsive. I also appreciate being able to select a car, generally I feel it was a free upgrade.

  Brian Perez Reyes is the Station Manager at this location. Upon my drop off, he approached with a friendly smile and was very easy to talk to. He was very helpful and provided great service.

  I've had the pleasure of renting multiple times through the Burbank Bob Hope airport. The staff has been almost always very thoughtful, kind and supportive when you have travel stress bearing down on you. I genuinely appreciate that kindness along with the efficiency of National when I've needed transportation. I recommend them highly.

  Smooth, super good customer service, kind, we wondered what planet we were on when we arrived in Burbank...the folks were kind and helpful and doing things well. Flet like they were there to serve you and make things go well for you, which is the old time customer service, remember?
