  I went here to exchange my car which I had gotten from another enterprise location which is far away from me. They suggested me to exchange the car near me (Burbank) if it dosent work for me. The manager at the victory location did not acknowledge my request. He just walked away? I wanted to get a smaller car but he (manager) said we don’t have any, I saw many cars parked there. I went there twice in 2 weeks. They took down my number and never called me back. Customer service/ care for this location must be improved. I am surprised why they would treat any paying or non paying customer with such indifference. My insurance is paying for this, otherwise I would never come here. 1/10 on customer care!!

  The LOW RATES AND REVIEWS are exactly what describe the character of the people who work there. As one commentator posted, “Rude and dismissive.” I made a simple request, and I'm confused about why they treated me unkindly. The request would've taken seconds, but it took 2 to 3 mins. People have serious personal and internal problems.

  The check in process started off on the wrong foot but Phillip was so quick to address it and turn the whole experience into a very pleasant one. He was thorough with his explanations on how after hours checkout process works and how any damages are addressed.

  I had the best experience renting a car with Enterprise. I booked one of the “wild card” options, and when I arrived the only vehicles left were minivans, not exactly what you want when you’re heading to Monterey for car weekend. Thankfully, we were helped by Kaya, and once we explained how important this trip was for us, she went above and beyond to accommodate an amazing deal. Because of her, we ended up with the perfect sports car and had the most unforgettable weekend. Honestly, we loved it so much I wished I could keep it. Kaya has earned a loyal customer, I’ll always look for her whenever I rent. Thank you for such great service and for making our weekend extra special.
