    Burbank airport-was a stressful morning for me as my flight was late Leaving Oakland Airport. I had a meeting scheduled with a very difficult client and it looks like I was going to be late, so what really helped was after checking me in at the counter , Great service there the agent was very quick about getting me checked in as she knew my situation and very pleasant to work with.My car was waiting for me keys inside, car turned, good to go. That was the best part of my day! By the way, I made it just in time for the meeting🙏

    5 Stars to Adolfo.He heard my complaint about the vehicle smelling like cigarettes & gave me a deal. Thank you a million Sir! 5 Stars to Jamie. He gave me a call an hour or so after hearing my complaint and wanted to solve it for me. I couldn’t make it back to the airport to exchange the vehicle but I appreciate the effort. Thank you Jaime! 0 Stars for the vehicle. Mitsubishi-horrible The smell of cigarettes -as you know but it has terrible pick up. Yikes! Go w/something else even if you think it’s an upgrade. It’s not.
