Then when she paid attention to me asked about antifreeze for Ben’s S560 and she looked it up and said it’s in the back and it says Violate. I went and found the shelf empty from only Violate. I went back to her and she was talking to the same guy about the same issue and ignoring me again so I had to barge in and say are you out. She barely looked at me and said no then went back taking to the same guy. I couldn’t wait anymore so I asked her about her name and it was “Miella” or something like that then I took my list to Napa. Will never go to or recommend this Autozone in Burbank with rude people

The employees kept stalling and avoiding installing my battery, even though installation is supposed to be included. It took about 20 minutes, and the store was empty, yet they acted like they were busy and didn’t want to help. If you don’t want to provide the service that comes with the purchase, then maybe this isn’t the right job for you. In the end, I had to take the battery and install it myself. Very disappointing service
