  There were four of us, and we all witnessed the way Manager Brian Perez Reyes treated us. We had a paid reservation, but instead of helping us, Manager Brian Perez Reyes was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in finding a solution. We were left without a car after already being charged. I’ve rented from many companies before, and I’ve never seen a manager handle customers this poorly. I definitely won’t be renting from this Alamo location again.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. Manager BRIAN PEREZ was the reason our rental turned into a disaster. We had already paid for a reservation, yet he told us there were no cars available. Instead of helping, he spoke to us with a terrible attitude and acted like our problem wasn’t his concern. A reservation should actually mean something. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  was there with my friend, and I honestly couldn’t believe how Manager BRIAN PEREZ REYES treated us. We had a reservation, we paid in advance, and when we showed up, Manager BRIAN PEREZ REYES just told us there were no cars. Meanwhile, the parking lot was full. When we asked about all the cars sitting outside, he suddenly said they were reserved months ago for World Cup customers. If that’s true, then why did Alamo let us book the car and charge us? It makes no sense. The worst part wasn’t even the missing car. It was the way Manager BRIAN PEREZ REYES talked to us. He was rude, disrespectful, and acted like we were the problem instead of customers who had already paid. Not once did he apologize or even try to help. I’ve rented from plenty of companies before, and I’ve never seen a manager treat customers like this. If Manager BRIAN PEREZ REYES is the person representing this Alamo location, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and rent from Avis, Hertz, or Enterprise instead. Paying a little more is worth avoiding an experience like this.

  THE WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. If you’re considering renting from Alamo, DON’T. The main reason for this horrible experience is BRIAN PEREZ REYES. BRIAN PEREZ REYES, the manager at this location, treated me with absolutely no respect. He spoke to me in a humiliating, dismissive, and unprofessional manner in front of a lobby full of customers. I’ve rented cars for years, and I have never been treated this way by anyone in customer service. We made a reservation and paid three days in advance. When we arrived, BRIAN PEREZ REYES told us there were no cars available. The parking lot was FULL of vehicles. When I pointed that out, BRIAN PEREZ REYES suddenly changed his explanation and claimed those cars were reserved months ago for World Cup customers. My question to BRIAN PEREZ REYES and Alamo is very simple: IF YOU KNEW YOU COULDN’T HONOR MY RESERVATION, WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY? WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED FOR A CAR YOU DIDN’T HAVE? Instead of apologizing or trying to help, BRIAN PEREZ REYES showed absolutely no willingness to solve the problem. His attitude made an already frustrating situation much worse. I’ve rented from Avis, Hertz, and Enterprise many times, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. They honor reservations and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with BRIAN PEREZ REYES at Alamo. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Saving a few dollars with Alamo is NOT WORTH IT if this is how customers are treated. Because of my experience with BRIAN PEREZ REYES, I will never rent from Alamo again, and I will strongly advise my family, friends, and anyone reading this to choose another rental company.

  I recently switched to Alamo after being a longtime hertz customer and I am so happy I did. I rent mostly from the BUR airport. The car is always ready immediately, and all of the employees are super helpful and fun. When I was heading to my car on Thursday I had a funny exchange with an employee and ended up upgrading my car to a mustang based on our convo. I never would have thought to rent that car, and I had an absolute blast driving around LA in it. Well worth the extra money! Return was super easy too and my bill was emailed immediately. Will 100% use Alamo the next time I rent- which is often! Thank you.
