  I brought my son's car the day before and mine today. I appreciate that they're open until 8pm so I can come after work. The process is simple & quick. I want to shout out to Nathan who assisted us yesterday and today. He pays attention to detail and just an overall great and sweet guy. 😀

  Very disappointing experience. I took my car to this Express Car Wash expecting a basic, safe car wash, but unfortunately my car was scratched during the wash. The scratches were not there before I went in, and I noticed them afterward. I understand that automated car washes can have issues, but damaging a customer’s vehicle is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking your car carefully before and after using this location. I hope management takes responsibility for the damage and addresses whatever caused it so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

  Started off great, the last few months have been a little disappointing. They took away the wet wipe feature which they gave you along with the air freshener when you started, which was a great allure for me. Will be canceling my membership soon unless the wipe is brought back.

  For what you get the price is ok. The blow dryer needs to be better! Need to have a separate lie for those who are prepaid. Sometimes waiting in line for over 5 minutes so that the attendants can do their jobs and sell the packages to others. My not rejoin due to slow lines. Also, need compressed air at the vacuum to blow out things. New car wash coming to Orangthorpe and Valley View? May take my business there 😔

  I have been using for years. I buy the unlimited monthly deal. However there appears to be a negative change in the amount of water left on my truck. In the last few months. It could be the blowers. But they look and sound the same. It could be lack of a high quality spot free rinse. It appears it may be a known issue. WW has started provideing drying towells.(much appreciated). Newer locations have compressed air for blow off. The layout allows people to vacuum before wash or payment. Simetimes no vacuum stall available after wash. The employees are great. i will keep going there and use the towells to dry my truck. Maybe an easy fix. (:
