Great workers, great service and well managed. Helped me figure out what was wrong and even told me when it wasn't worth the cost! Saved me money and time.

Tire Choice Auto Service Center delivered exceptional, heartfelt service when I needed it most, and I am truly grateful for the way they took care of both my vehicle and me as a United States veteran.

So I thought everything was good for my tire replacements, until my gas mileage tanked afterwards. Turns out that they sold me sedan tires for my hybrid. They had no conversation with me about the switch even though they took off low rolling resistance tires that were on since I bought the car new. The guest services even tried to tell me that the store tried to "match the tires" but again there was no conversation. The conversation was simply we have these tires in stock and have a buy 3 get one free deal so that statement is nonsensical. When I realized what had happened after I researched what those tires were, I tried to call the store to talk to them about the issue, and they refused to talk to me. I actually asked if anyone at the store could talk to me and they said "NO". They sent me to the customer service hotline, which took multiple rounds of getting booted out of the system and more than hour to get to the third person before the call finally stuck. That person then put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back and had an incorrect story from the store. They told me this store wanted to deal with me directly and that they would call me back the next day. Well that store didn't call me back and now I've been trying to get to a person through the complaint system for an hour and a half with again multiple times to which I was just booted again from the system. I have now tried to leave a message that said both the store didn't call back and the system keeps booting me. At this point, I fully suspect that neither the store nor the guest services will call me back so I am leaving this review as this is a horrible way to treat a customer. Update: The complaint department did not call back. I had to call into the store, who then said that they had to check with their district manager, and came back with they could only offer a complimentary oil change, inspection and tire rotation. So everything that I have been told since I started this process was a lie. The person lied about the store doing right by their customer, that they would call me back, and that they would even try to make it right. That offer is a slap in the face especially given that I spent more than 4 hours on the phone to get to even talk to someone snd to be lied to all along the way. To be 100% clear, the car mileage dropped 8-10 mpg after putting these tires on. The EV system will not turn on at levels it used to because the car requires more power to move. The estimated increase to my car costs over the course of these tires as a result of these tires are now the price of new tires ($600-800).

I had taken my family to knotts over the weekend and I had noticed that my front left tire was extremely damaged and needed to be changed before being able to drive back home. I called first thing in the morning on the 30th and Jose was so nice and assuring over the phone. Being a single woman I’m usually nervous taking care of my truck on my own but everyone there was very professional, informative and polite. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names but I want to thank all the guys there and Jose for making that so easy for me. Great prices and there are even locations at home for me to go to.
