    Either this location never has a full staff or they are incompetent. I set a timer to see if they are in fact "spee dee" and it took just over 1.5 hours start to finish. Price for an oil change here is not worth the time. Also as soon as I entered the vehicle my tire pressure gauge lit up like a Christmas tree. They lowered the tire pressure!!! The vehicle literally tells you the psi, and I even put it into a google search and they are not even close to being right. Not to mention the tires were serviced by America's tire less than 1K miles. Absolute JOKE. Stay in your lane and just change oil.

    The dealership I got my car from overfilled the oil and was I was turned away from Valvoline when I requested to extract the excess oil. Valvoline said I would need to pay for a new oil change. Came into Speedee and they assisted me right away! Highly recommend!

    I had my car towed from another shop because I was assured a part would be obtained for my car . This was on a Friday morning . I was informed it would then be Sat. My daughter needed to go back to school 6 hours away Monday. We were called Sat and told it would then be Tuesday! I had to give up my own car , get a rental she’s too young, and a flight as I needed to be at her school Tuesday morning . An additional $1200 due to assurances it would be ready . I asked for a discount and was told I would get a $161 off. I did not upon pick up . It was less and the oil change was also not done. I asked if they could do a free oil change for all the inconvenience and assurances and the extra money I had to put out. “$25 the best my manager can do .” Been coming here for over 15+ years with all my cars and children’s cars. Never again I appreciated everyone’s kindness, but this was inexcusable . Single mom and not wealthy .
