  I had a great experience at Safelite from the moment I dropped off my car. Ryan and Josh were incredibly helpful and replaced my windshield in a timely manner. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process.

  Safelite is the only way to go with window repairs, not only with my company trucks they replaced my personal windshield on my car. They commuicate very good and the moblie service is the best. Andrew notified me when is was on his way 30 minutes before and 5 minutes from when he showed up. His work & professional service was great. Thank you Andrew

  Although they came out to replace my windshield. They tried up sale me on something I refused and still charge my account regardless of me refusing the extra product. The technician didnt install it on my request but proceeded to charge me regardless and I've made 2 attempts to get this corrected and the company has yet to make this correct. Not particularly happy about this.

  I'd give a 6th star if I could. I've used Safelite autoglass repair a number of times through out the years. Normally for windshield replacement done either at home or the office. This one was different. The gardeners mower or weed whacker sent a rock in to the front passenger window at the base and cracked all the way up. There's a Safelite shop right here in Brentwood so I swung by and talked to Josh. He made it so easy to just get it done. He put in a claim to my insurance and scheduled the replacement for the next afternoon at 3pm. He said, if we didn't need the car, we could leave it over night in their locked garage and more then likely the next day they could be done as early as noon. Sure enough, I got a call at about 11:30 and it was complete and ready for pick up. Awesome service!

  When I first requested a quote from Safelite's site, it said $350. But after I booked the repair, the price jumped to $1,600. No one could tell me why. I feel like we were bamboozled. I went ahead with the work but I was definitely not a fan of the price.
