Workers were friendly and helpful. They also gave me the best quote on an a OEM windshield. Within an hour and a half I was already back on the road

Showed up late, drove by before the time of the appointment then called me to say they'd be late. Took 2 and half hours, put 40 miles on my truck and the cameras are still not calibrated. Glass is replaced but have another appointment to try to calibrate again. Next time I'll probably go to the dealership. Update: The second tech was fast on time and rectified the calibration issue in just a few minutes. May just be a training issue 🤷🏻‍♂️ Michael is the Goat 🤣

The employee “Jackie” who works at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday at noon. She began texting me on the Saturday prior, at about 12:40 in the afternoon. She stated that the work order submitted by my insurance company did not cover the OEM glass, and advised I would be responsible for the difference in the cost of the glass and my deductible. I advised her that I wished to keep my appointment, and that I would contact my insurance company to get it fixed. She made several attempts to cancel my appointment, but each time I stated I wished to keep the appointment. A short time later I received a phone call from another employee from Safelite advising me of the same information. I told him that I wished to keep my appointment and would contact my insurance company to get the issue with coverage resolved. He stated that if I did not get the issue resolved before my appointment on Monday, I would be responsible for the difference in price, which i told him was fine. He ended the call by slamming down the receiver. Monday morning I contacted my insurance and the agreed that the OEM glass was covered and stated they had made notes in the work order. I asked if there was anything they could send me to show the glass was covered and the representative assured me she had direct access to the Safelite system, and that any notes she made would be visible to the employees. Upon my arrival to my appointment, I walked in the front office and there was a female, later determined to be Jackie at the front counter. She stood and asked, are you here to drop off the Tesla, and I said yes. She then walked out the door without any further words and stayed in the back for 5-10 minutes. She returned with a male employee, who I assumed was in charge. He advised me that the work order reflected the OEM glass not being covered by the insurance. I advised him that I had spoken with the insurance that morning and they had added notes to the work order regarding the glass being covered. Jackie stated that a whole new work order would need to be completed because GEICO would not use the same one. I asked her point blank if there were notes on the work order which she eventually admitted were there, but then stated the notes were “worthless.” The manager advised that in order for them to be properly paid by the insurance company the work order would need to reflect the glass being covered. I asked him if I could make a quick phone call to the insurance and he agreed. In less than five minutes I called GEICO and explained the situation, and they fixed it, on the same work order. I asked to keep the claim representative on the phone while I confirmed with Jackie that it had been updated and he said yes. I walked back into the business and told Jackie that the order had been updated. She did not acknowledge me at all, just continued typing on her computer. A minute later she told me to go ahead and swipe for my deductible amount, I thanked the representative on the phone and hung up. I paid the deductible and when the transaction was complete, without a word Jackie grabbed the paper and walked away. Minutes later, the manager returned and asked for my key. He stated the car would be complete within three hours. Overall, the customer service was the worst I have experienced at any business. I have never had someone work so hard to not help a customer. The technicians who worked on my car were great, and completed my job in under three hours.

Nobody ever wants to deal with a broken window in their car. I brought my car in on a Saturday, the guy told me couple people called out and it could be 2 to 3 hours rather than the hour 1 to 2 hours which I was fine with. I walked over to the stores and did some shopping by the time I was done my car was done within an hour. Great service in a timely manner way quicker than expected and everyone I had contact with that day was amazing. I wish I can remember people’s names thank you thank you I definitely recommend this company.
