  right as i pulled up, someone had parked in the EV charger spot and wasnt even charging, just sitting there on thier phone. genuinely annoying but once they left the process was super smooth. the charger connected instantly and gave me a really good speed, I don't think I waited more than 20 minutes for a decent charge. it was easy to navigate the whole thing from the app too, that payment method i had set up from before worked perfectly. honestly if it wasnt for that one car I would call it a nearly perfect stop, I'll definately use this station again on my next trip through here.

  I plugged my car in and it took a solid 45 seconds before it even started charging which is REALLY annoying when you just want to get going and plus the app kept saying error this is like the third time this has happened here so what exactly am I paying for every time I pull up it says charger unavailable but then a guy next to me gets it working with the same cable after borrowing my credit card thing to cover I guess that was my spot and somebody had unhooked it somehow or something WORST charging station ever I drove to the other one down the street last week and never going back the chargers at other places actually work but here it wouldn't start no matter what it wouldnt even cancel from my phone I had to call support and just starved for nearly 30 minutes sitting there while some kid kept moving around his shiny Ford taking up space

  Used to be great but still good. A few quick notes though. Have had a couple sessions not start right away and the last time completely unenrolled my ProMax plan and made me have to resign up early (an extra $12.99!). Support did not have the power to fix my issue so they escalated my ticket to another team. Also the Merrill B-side charger handle looks like the charging cable adapter cover popped off and may be unsafe to use. Please advise. Previous Review: Works great. Plug and play on GM vehicles.
