  It’ll be my first and last time coming here for any kind of work. From the constant upselling to not even knowing how to reinstall the bottom panels, this was the worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. Be aware that throughout the service they push unnecessary add‑ons, including a cabin filter they charge $53.99 for—an item you can buy at any auto parts store or online for $10–$12. On top of that, the employees clearly don’t seem properly trained. As shown in the photos, they failed to reinstall my front and middle undercarriage panels correctly. I ended up losing the entire front panel while driving, and the middle panel was barely hanging on with two screws instead of four. How does something this basic get messed up when they perform oil changes every day? I won’t be returning, and I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

  had a great experience at Valvoline for my oil change. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish, and they made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated how they explained everything clearly, gave helpful recommendations without being pushy, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. The service was fast, the staff was courteous, and I left feeling confident that everything was done right. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for convenient, reliable car service.

  The prices are high. They charge for everything, even to check tire pressure. I can get the same oil change at Discount Tire for $55. Tire pressure is free. I guess you pay for convenience though. The techs are friendly-ish but the quality of service has diminished. I think it’s the change in management.

  Everything went well considering it was quite busy they got us taken care of in an orderly manner and didn't take too long everyone is very professional and attentive. I'm glad I don't have to deal with all all day appointment and everything gets checked, thanks you guys.

  This place is the best! In and out of there in 15 minutes flat, you can’t beat it. Allen and Ryan helped me out today and were quick, informative, and not pushy with the additional services they offer in addition to the oil change. I have and will continue to be a regular customer at this location. The guys are super chill and helpful. Shoutout to Valvoline, Brea!
