- AKAnnelisse Kennedy-Lewis5 days ago5.0I have always changed my own oil but a busy schedule led me to Valvoline for quick service. Tim and Parker helped me for my first time and made sure I had a great experience. Tim provided top-notch customer service and convinced me to come back for future service. He was friendly and made me feel cared for. I no longer have to dread car maintenance knowing the staff here is so wonderful!
- DGDaniel Gallegos6 days ago5.0Wow! I am super impressed by the team here. Daniel explained everything super well and didn't try to needlessly upset me. I got an oil change and tire rotation, and Daniel pointed me to an online coupon that saved me $15. I will be coming back soon!
- RDRicky DOct 2, 20265.0First time here. I gotta say, this place really impressed me. Every member of the staff was professional, kind, and informative. I'm actually writing this as I sit n my car and they are doing everything right now. I don't get the impression or feeling that they're over charging or lying about anything; they even topped off fluids for services I didn’t ask for and replaced a stripped bolt that I had no idea about. It’s those little details that matter. I could be wrong, but this feels like a very honest shop and I will definitely be a regular customer. Thank you for providing honest hard work.
- RURandall UyenoSep 26, 20265.0I come here because my lowered car fits in their bays. The employees today really helped me out. I thought I only fit in one bay, but I actually fit in both with their guidance. They helped guide my car in. Awesome job, team. Service was fast. It took 13 minutes, well within their stated 15-minute interval. I'm always pleased when I come here. Customer service is always good. I'll keep coming back.
