  I had made my reservation 2 min before walking in door 5 min before they closed, that guy at the counter hustled and cleaned the rental, washed it within 15 min. Service was great choices were limited, understandably so. Overall a great experience.

  This is the best rental location I’ve ever been to in all my years of renting all over the United States! Lonnie is the key to making this company thrive and is always going over and beyond to help his customers! It’s employees like him that keep businesses like this thriving and constantly making their competitors step it up to try and come close to the service provided at Enterprise of Bloomington! I’m surprised they haven’t made him a Manager yet, this young man truly is the definition of Amazing Customer Service!

  Had to swap cars for logistical reasons. Worked with Luis and he was amazing. He was juggling stuff on phone, computer and in person and did it was a great attitude. Definitely recommend using this location.

  Busy location but the energy of the staff make it a great environment. Luis was energetic, vibrant and attentive. Martin who delivered the vehicle was great and made sure he didn't leave without knowing I didn't have any questions. All staff was great in making sure their customer service was exceptional. Looking forward to my next rental with this location.

  I was hesitant to rent a vehicle from here after reading some of their reviews but my experience was smooth from beginning to end. I picked up a van here and was the first customer in line. I did wait about 40 minutes for the vehicle, so I’m glad I booked their earliest available appointment. In a perfect world, the van would have been ready for me as soon as I showed up because I had an appointment, but I don’t know what goes behind the scenes so I’m not going to judge. I appreciate the friendliness of both the associates and the cleanliness and performance of the vehicle. Their fees and rules were explained upfront, no hidden charges or up sale attempts. I even got a better vehicle than the one I had reserved.
