  Had the opportunity to work with Karen. She made our purchase smooth and quick. Went out of her way for us and have absolutely no complaints about her in any way. For another employee, laurel, absolutely disgusting behavior. To speak about other employees and my family while we can hear everything that was being said. Was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend her in the slightest to deal or work with.

  I bought my 2023 Nissan Kicks SV here a couple weeks ago. From browsing options to completing paperwork, the process of buying a car at Enterprise was amazingly simple and straightforward. Eddie greeted us and took us outside to let me sit in a few different cars, before we went inside to discuss what features I value most and which options would be in my budget. After dealing with hidden fees at other dealerships, I appreciated the no-haggle pricing the most. This was my first time buying a car, so Eddie’s patience and explanation made it a very positive experience for me. They drove the car up from El Cajón the same afternoon. Thank you, Eddie and Laurel. I would highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales in Rialto for buying a used car. I love my new Kicks! 💚

  We recently purchased a passenger van, to use for family camping trips. The van at Enterprise was cleaner and seemed better maintained than many of the vans I had seen at other locations. The salesman was proactive with answering questions and conveyed that they did a 109 point inspection prior to selling- Ford dealerships do 123 point inspection. There were several concerns, and the salesman scheduled to have the vehicle taken to their shop to have them addressed. The biggest issue was replacing a compressor for the AC, and one of the smaller issues was filling a chip in the front window. I greatly appreciated the issues being resolved but would have been more reassured if I had received a copy of the service paperwork. To my eyes I couldn’t tell that the chip had been filled but since I’m not experienced with that, I will wait til I see my mechanic to have him confirm that all looks and works as well as can be. If the vehicle gets a clean bill of health then I will deem this a slightly stressful but overall positive experience. I did appreciate the people who did call and give me updates, especially the manager. And I greatly appreciated the vehicle being brought to me, especially since it wasn’t available as soon as I had been told originally. The manager conveyed that they were doubly making sure the compressor was working, which was appreciated. I do think, under the circumstances, this was the best outcome possible. A copy of the final bit of service work as well as regular updates from the original salesman who sold me the car would have sealed the deal as exceptionally positive. But once my mechanic reviews and signs off, I would be comfortable referring Enterprise Car Sales with great confidence.
