  Great service! Eddie was my point of contact since the beginning, and let me just say from the beginning I can appreciate the transparency from the the texts and phone calls, He was able to get me an out the door price over text. This alone is a huge plus, not having to negotiate because of all the hidden fees made this experience so much better. The hospitality and the care we received was amazing. When I first seen the car on the website it had not arrived to the lot just yet (inspection period) I did express to Eddie that this car is the one I wanted, he listened and he provided. The vehicle was at different lot and brought it to the Bloomington location. He even had it parked right out front ready for me to view. I went in around 6 for my appt, was out by 7:30, with a new car! Thank you once again to Eddie for making the car purchasing experience so incredibly easy!

  The experience was very simple, professional, and no problems. The salesman that helped me Martin was very professional, courteous, and responsive to what vehicle I needed. I’m glad I went to you guys as I was looking at one vehicle, but purchased another with his help. His manager also was assisting and very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend enterprise Rent-A-Car to anyone looking for a vehicle, even if they don’t know what type of vehicle. This was a very simple and easy experience, especially for someone who has had a lot of cars and knows that they need another one just needing a little extra help. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and family and will continue to do so. The entire process was made even easier as I walked in preapproved from my Credit Union. They were able to work and finish the loan process there. Also, I purchased the extended warranty, which was a very good option with a zero deductible at a great price.

  This was my third vehicle purchase here, and the experience was great as always. It was my second time working with both Aaron and the manager, Mel—they always make everything super easy—and my first time working with Karen, who was also fantastic. The whole team was straightforward, helpful, and just easy to deal with. Very pleased with how smoothly the whole process went!
