  I appreciate the hard work that Laurel put into getting the loan work completed despite her having to deal with things that were out of her control. She remained calm Under Pressure she kept me calm which I greatly appreciated. Everyone in the office that day was more than kind and helpful and smiling. That is more that I could ask for during this stressful time. I also appreciate AC for taking the time to stay with me step by step through this stressful process. He made it fun and comforting. Even though he was not there to seal the deal he left me in good hands with Laurel. I appreciate it how well they all worked together as one team. I liked that everyone was on the same page and understood everything that was going on or at least that's how they made it appear to me which is even more of a testament to the Brilliance and Magic that they have within them. I also saw the team in the office that day treat other customers with the same care and respect and good humor. I have already told three family members about my experience and told them to go through Enterprise when they are looking to buy a used car.

  Eddie was super helpful, attentive and he truly was a life saver in making sure I was involved and in the loop with every step of the purchasing process. I will definitely recommend Enterprise and Eddie to friends and family who are in the market for a car in the future.
