  Though I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation, I would 100% choose enterprise for my next rental. The care and personal touch by the staff is top notch. I received two proactive phone calls about my reservation, and the staff genuinely cares about the customer experience. Next time I go to Bishop, I will certainly book with Enterprise. Thank you, Tim.

  Gah! I rented a car in Feb 2025 and still have an open contract! It was never closed and is just frustrating that no one can manage to close it out! This is an issue as every time try to rent I get asked if I have an open rental! Close you contracts Update: Hi Natalie. I’ve contacted enterprise through the info below and it’s still an issue, hence the bad review. If you can figure out a way to contact me directly, give me your number and we can discuss this and I will remove this review! It seems to be the only way to get a personal response. I’ve gone thru the contact at enterprise and national and spoken to multiple people on the phone, but nothing has been resolved.

  Emilio at the Bishop Enterprise went above and beyond for me. Admittedly I was late, made mistakes and was uninformed when I booked my rental car, but he and his coworkers rose to the challenge and got me on the road fast, with a nice upgraded car too! They are customer service stars. Thank you Emilio!
