  We have always used enterprice for the good service, but this time the service to respond to emergencies is TERRIBLE, we rented a car in the city of Corona and everything was perfect. Our destination was Yosemite national park, when we were going back to the hotel on Highway 395 we had an accident, a deer jumped into the car so the car was unusable, we called and they gave us solutions at the beginning, they called to pick up the car but they recommended us to call 911 to take us to a safe place, so we left the car next to the highway and my family left with the police to be safe in a hotel. The problem begins when they tell us that the next day they would give us another car (since everything was covered by the insurer) and they had the obligation to deliver another car. We were staying in Bishop where there are two enterprice and one in Mammoth which were the closest (considering that we ran out of car). We could not even give us a car or make sure that we would have one up to 3 or 4 days later. As they are not going to have cars that are for these cases, offices closed in tourist places, without solution. We had to cancel the trip and return by BUS. Terrible service to handle crises, such as accidents especially in small places.

  Though I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation, I would 100% choose enterprise for my next rental. The care and personal touch by the staff is top notch. I received two proactive phone calls about my reservation, and the staff genuinely cares about the customer experience. Next time I go to Bishop, I will certainly book with Enterprise. Thank you, Tim.

  The Bishop California team provided excellent customer service in a kind and considerate manner that shined a light on their small town charm.
