  After renting from enterprise for thirty years, i would rather rent a u haul. In thirty years I have not had to use a credit card to rent a car even before I was twenty five. All of a sudden, I have to have a credit card with $400 available in order to rent a car.\nAnd even though they made an exception last week , that is no longer an option. And this was in spite of being told by customer service on the phone that it would be no problem for me to choose my debit card.

  Cruz saved us when our flight arrived late. Came and picked us up after hours and handled our rental. We would’ve been stranded otherwise. Huge thanks!

  We were left extremely disappointed by our experience at Enterprise in Bishop. Our family became stranded during a road trip to Lake Tahoe after our vehicle broke down nearby, and instead of receiving any understanding or assistance, we were turned away because we were “not locals.” This Enterprise location is the only car rentals in the area. We had valid payment methods, including a Visa debit card that can be processed as credit, and a credit card available digitally(tap), yet neither was accepted. Despite clearly explaining that we were stranded far from home with children and simply trying to secure transportation to continue our trip safely, there was absolutely no effort made to help us find a solution or show any flexibility. We understand businesses have policies, but the complete lack of compassion or willingness to assist a stranded family in an emergency situation was incredibly frustrating and honestly shocking for such a big name company. Instead we were left stranded for two days in an unfamiliar town with no way out. We ended up using Turo, which we recommend.

  I had a vehicle breakdown in Bishop California. I was lucky to contact the Enterprise people and they were able to line me up with a rental vehicle to get to my destination. I'm grateful for their dedication to customer service. I also need to mention that the vehicle I got averaged 46.5 mi to a gallon!
