  I am a loyal SIXT customer who rents from this branch and other SIXT locations across LA and Vail several times a year. I previously left a 5-star review for this same Beverly Hills branch. Not anymore. I rented a Ford Explorer in May 2026. At pickup I recorded a full walk-around video, as I always do. At return I specifically requested an inspection and waited until a staff member was available. They inspected the car and confirmed no new damages. The vehicle was accepted back without any issues. Days later I received an email accusing me of a stone chip with a crack on the windscreen. I had to submit a formal statement and supporting evidence, including the pickup video that clearly shows the exact same chip already present before I drove the car off the lot. Now I am waiting to see whether SIXT accepts my evidence or tries to charge me for damage their own staff missed on a previous return. The stress this creates for a returning customer who did everything right is unacceptable. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. Go with Enterprise instead. They have a published Damage Evaluator that defines a clear threshold for what counts as chargeable damage, and minor scratches or chips below that threshold are not treated as the customer’s financial responsibility, even without additional insurance. That is what a real customer-first policy looks like. I have never had this kind of problem with Enterprise. Always film your walk-around at pickup. Do not rely on the staff inspection at return to protect you.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  We had booked a BMW 3 Series, but were initially offered a vehicle without navigation. As visitors from Europe, having a car with navigation in Los Angeles was absolutely essential for us, so I insisted on receiving the type of vehicle we had originally reserved. We were then offered a BMW X2 with the desired navigation system for an additional upgrade fee of $150 for 10 days, which we found reasonable. The employee was very friendly, and the vehicle we ultimately received was relatively new, clean, and fully met our expectations.

  Heaven was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. There was a mismatch between the last minute booking system and what was actually available on the lot, but he did everything he could to accommodate me and find a solution. He made the entire process smooth and stress free. His customer service is top tier and truly stood out. I really appreciate his effort and professionalism.
