  If I could I would leave 0 stars. I had a 5:00 pm reservation. I arrived at 5:05 due to holiday traffic and the doors were closed. Evidently they close at 5:00! Then why not make your last reservation at 4:30? I spoke to a supervisor who was absolutely NO help and told me to drive to LAX. As if. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never again.

  It is absolutely unbelievable—they canceled my reservation the day before pickup. If you need a reliable rental car for an important business meeting, go with a more dependable company instead of Sixt.

  Fernando is an amazing employee and consistently provides exceptional customer service. Recently, I witnessed him handle a very irate and disrespectful customer with remarkable professionalism, patience, and grace. Despite the challenging situation, he remained calm, respectful, and focused on helping the customer, which was truly impressive to see. Every time I visit this location and Fernando is working, I know I will receive excellent service. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. Employees like Fernando make a positive difference in the overall customer experience and are a great representation of the company. Thank you for all that you do, Fernando! Your hard work, professionalism, and dedication do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated.

  I had a great experience with my rental agent Heaven. He was knowledgeable, personable and was able to answer all the questions I had. He further helped me with getting phone connected to the car, which showed me the man has all the patience in the world. He assisted several customers with professionalism and sincerity making sure everyone was happy. The car was great and the rate was very reasonable. Make sure you give these guys a try and hope that you get Heaven as your rental agent!
