He even went to the extent of cleaning the entire car even though we got there a few minutes before closing. Great service and even nicer people.
- SDS DemrlFeb 27, 20261.0I rented a car from this location for three days. Less than one hour after picking up the car, I received a low engine coolant warning. I pulled over, opened the hood, and saw that there was almost no coolant in the engine. I had to return to the branch immediately. They added coolant and gave me the same car back instead of replacing it. After that, the coolant warning continued and the level kept dropping. Also, when I first received the car, the fuel tank was not even half full. I returned the car to the Culver City location, and I was charged extra for dropping it off there. On top of that, I was also charged for not returning the car with a full tank, which I believe is unfair considering the fuel level was already low when I picked it up. This experience was very frustrating. If you rent a car from this branch, I strongly recommend checking the engine coolant and fuel level before
