  Colin and his team are absolutely fantastic at this BH location. They go above and beyond to serve their customers and they always have such a positive and helpful attitude. I actually look forward to visiting this location, a pretty rare experience for a car rental place. Keep up the good work guys, I leave happy every time and I thank you for that!

  Awesome group of people working when I was dropping off the keys. Paige was so organized and kept the whole line moving. Nearing the closing time, a bunch of people came in but it was such a smooth experience. I was genuinely surprised at how efficient and kind they were in such a stressful circumstances. Great customer service 🙌

  We had an excellent experience with this car rental company at the Beverly Hills location! The car we received was in great condition - clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. A special thank you to Colin for the outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, friendly, attentive, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and genuinely made us feel like valued customers. It’s rare to come across this level of customer service, and Colin truly went above and beyond. We are very happy with the car and especially impressed with his professionalism and approach.   Highly recommend this location ! Paige made my experience EXCEPTIONAL ! There was a small problem with my rental and she went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile. Great choice in cars, good location, I returned it to LAX after our trip, truly a great experience and customer service!

  If you value your time definitely go somewhere else. 60 minutes of waiting for a mediocre car selection and having to request the price to be lowered to match the original reservation. Plus an empty tank in the car as a cherry on top. Employees are extremely nice (although I did not appreciate the lying about the fuel economy of the cars) but the entire operation is disorganized and there's a lot of waiting for assistance. Very quick to check you in but very slow off the lot. Cars are not particularly nice and lack many features standard in cars offered by competitors.
