  My friends and I had our reservation cancelled because Alaina (the manager) and her coworker Adan were having a bad day. Tons of passive aggression and dismissiveness when letting us know the car we reserved wasn’t available. I asked if Alaina was having a bad day due to the misdirected attitude and then Adan told me to take my business elsewhere. My goodness, I understand customer service is hard but try not to take that out on those who didn’t cause the frustration to begin with. 0/5 stars. Someone else would be fit to manage this enterprise. My family , friends and I will be taking our business elsewhere for all further trips.

  Be aware - your reservation is subject to be canceled last minute due to Adan having a power trip. That's really unfortunate, especially as someone who frequents enterprise for car rentals. Now my trip is forced to be altered due to my reservation being cancelled by Adan as I'm heading over to pick up the car. His coworker/manager Alaina Scott was very passive aggressive and dismissive when I asked to be accommodated when being told my car class I reserved was not available. Alaina told me no, reschedule for another day. I'm like ? I reserved for today because I need a car today. Rescheduling isn't an optimal resolution. She continued to speak over me and be very rude, I asked to be transferred to someone else. I then spoke to Adan who said he would honor my original rate with whatever car is available when I arrive. We agreed and got off the phone. 15 minutes later he calls me back and said you and my coworker(Alaina Scott) exchanged words so "you can take your business elsewhere" Woah there! For asking if she was having a good day ? I hope the call was recorded , it has been escalated to corporate. Thanks Adan and Alaina Scott for the inconvenience due to your personal feelings. This is who is managing an enterprise franchise?... Not a good way to run business. 0/5 stars.

  Gabby changes the whole vibe here. This place used to suck. She’s made it a full 180 experience for me. Friendly and accurate and helpful. Check check check.

  Desk people were slow and will go through more than an hour of checking. They seem to be having fun instead of focusing on their job. This is the slowest car rental customer service I’ve ever had. If you are looking for faster processing, PLEASE DON’T CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!
