- JVJakob Volbracht5 days ago1.0Booked via phone. Bad pickup experience, the agent on phone confirmed a price that wasn’t true. The local agents were condescending and not helpful. Ended trying to accept the rate that was 60% than the one agreed on the phone but after a second try of paying they declined a third time (after I cleared the card with my bank). Just go for Avis or Budget down the road - ended up going there and got a better car for less!

Gabby is disgustingly rude and Don the branch manager is very defensive of this location’s lack of professionalism. Maybe they need more mature staff. And the other reviews about damage claims are very real! Currently dealing with a similar situation. Please, at minimum, stay away from this location.

They were efficient and did all they could to get me in and out of their with a rental car that fit my needs. Working as a local Realtor, I needed a car with a trunk, one that was not too large and easy to park and they found a perfect fit. I was working with an insurance company as this was a claim, and they handled all the paperwork efficiently both in pick up and on the return of the vehicle. What could have been a stressful day, was smooth. Thanks so much.
- SSShawn SchocronAug 4, 20261.0only one attendant available to engage with customers other employees sit around Idle. Priority queue was not reserved neither the car. had to wait an hour after walk ins got service to speak to the attendant. Had to wait 3 hour overall to pick up the car.
