  Five stars and the great customer service I received !!! I will be coming back in September for another vehicle ! I am extremely pleased. Elena Scott made sure I got the car I needed, And Gabi Franco ensured my car was in tip top shape before I rented, I am very hopeful to deal with them again!! Best enterprise in the Bay Area by far. This location is very lucky to have them.

  I recently had a great experience with Enterprise. From the moment Gabi picked me up to when Bev dropped me off at G&C Auto Body, they were friendly, efficient, and fair-priced. So awesome to have a smooth rental car experience to ease the inconvenience of not having my car while it was at the shop. Also thanks to Elena for handling the paperwork!

  I when I was rear ended on the freeway and my car ended up at the shop I was told that a car was available for me. Person who assisted me looked friendly. Then a young woman came and got me and started telling me that I was getting a really nice car. She went on to say that one of the 49ers had just brought it back and it was a “nice car”. The car was very basic, nothing like car I’m used to driving but then it got worse. The car smelled like cannabis and it was hard to breath in there. I had somewhere to be and I had been told that my car would be ready in 3 days so I kept the car. I hardly drove it and brought it back with a bit more than half tank of gasoline. When I arrived I spoke with manager and told him how bad car smelled. I also saw the young woman that put me in the car and she said she didn’t smell anything. Yeah, right. I suggest she had an ENT consult to help her out with that issue. If she missed this I’m afraid her sense of smell isn’t there. 2 days later I saw the bill and noticed they charged me for a full tank of gas. $84 and when my husband called and asked for manager he was told Enterprise routinely does that. “That is just the way we do it” My husband requested to speak with manager about it and we were told the manager would call back. No one ever did. I endured their stinky car and was over charged for the gas. Oh but I was told Enterprise cares about their clients experience. Thanks Enterprise I can see that. Is crystal clear to me.

  Excellent staff; they were so friendly! Thank you Elena, JD, Brigette and the bearded gentleman whose name I’ve forgotten. You all made it a pleasant experience! Thanks! Will definitely rent from this branch again.

  Tyron Campbell should be fired for the way he discriminated against me on Sunday. I will be continuing to contact corporate for the ways I was treated until I get a response. Paid with a credit card but some how he continued to question me. After showing my LEASE. He said he had to confirm I could afford another bill. Most dehumanizing experience.
