  The car should have been thoroughly inspected before I rented it. I was charged for a 20-day rental, but I actually only had the vehicle for 19 days; I picked up the car on September 17, 2026, at 5:01 PM and returned it on October 6 at 3:13 PM, which comes to a total of 19 days. When I got home, I left it parked for a few hours with the windows closed, and when I went to use it again, all the windows were fogged up and the vehicle had a strong musty odor. Before driving it, I started the engine and turned on the heater to try to dry out the interior, but the fogging issue persisted throughout the first week, and I had to use air fresheners to mask the bad smell; I have photos taken as evidence of this.

  On September 1 I was returning the car I had rented for a week. Gabi offered to help. Great... I wanted to extend my rental using my credit card points as I had just done it. I asked Gabi if it would be easier if I were to book it through my credit card since I wanted to use my credit card points again. She told me she could do it. I mentioned to Gabi that I wanted to use my credit card points. Gabi confirmed I would be using my points. She made the reservation. Awesome! As I'm leaving enterprise I asked Gabi again. If I was using my CC points. She confirmed that I was. When I returned the car I was charged for the whole amount, the manager told me that I heard wrong. And Gabi would have never said that. Please, Check the surveillance footage, It was September 01 around 5pm Don't be misled by Gabi, or her manager would treat you like a liar. Bad customer service

  Booked via phone. Bad pickup experience, the agent on phone confirmed a price that wasn’t true. The local agents were condescending and not helpful. Ended trying to accept the rate that was 60% than the one agreed on the phone but after a second try of paying they declined a third time (after I cleared the card with my bank). Just go for Avis or Budget down the road - ended up going there and got a better car for less!

  This location is the reason why I will never rent from Enterprise ever again!! Gabby is disgustingly rude and Don the branch manager is very defensive of this location’s lack of professionalism. Maybe they need more mature staff. And the other reviews about damage claims are very real! Currently dealing with a similar situation. Please, at minimum, stay away from this location.
