    Erica at the Enterprise Belmont location provides exactly the type of customer service I have come to expect from Enterprise. I arrived at the Belmont branch after an extremely frustrating experience at the Redwood City location. By the time I got there, I had already spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve what should have been a fairly straightforward insurance rental. Erica immediately listened to me, understood what I had experienced, and most importantly, focused on finding a suitable vehicle for me. This is the Enterprise customer service I have known and valued for many years. I highly recommend the Belmont location for your car rental needs.

    Was very Satisfied with the service provided by Enterprise Rental Car, They were very friendly and professional, and think all my questions taken care of all my needs giving me a nice clean car and very recondition, Picking me up at the body shop where I had to leave my car again the Rental, And then picking up the Rental Car from the autobody shop once the rental was completed. Then following up with me to make sure I was satisfied what’s happy to let me know I’ll be receiving my deposit back Great guys thanks a lot
