  I'd to shout out Luis Ceja for his Superior customer service and patience he had for me as it was difficult choosing a vehicle Luis was Very knowledgeable and helpful. Anyone want the same experience while choosing a vehicle looking him up!!

  Ladies, just be aware that if you get your car serviced here, they will whisper sexual comments about you when they think you aren’t listening, they will uncomfortably check you out, flirt with you, and speak to you as if you are stupid and less than. When you call to check on your car, they will make you feel like you are bothering them — even though it is THEIR JOB to update you and keep you informed on your vehicle. A lot of these men have been working here for years and have the audacity to flirt with young women who are simply going here to get their car serviced. We already don’t want to go here because we know how we will be treated, so the LEAST you guys can do is keep your disgusting comments and eyes to yourself and do the job you are being paid to do. And the ladies who work there — start protecting the women customers and stop allowing your male coworkers to treat us like garbage. Ladies, if you go here, be prepared to advocate for yourself or just bring a man with you who will advocate for you. This business should be ashamed of themselves.

  I’ve always had a great experience bringing my car in for service, but this will definitely be the last time I take it to George Chevrolet. I took my vehicle in for a full service, and after a week or two the check engine light came on. It turned out the air filter had never been replaced even though I paid for that service. I called back within the warranty period to report the issue, and the representative told me that the person responsible for handling these matters would call me back. I never received a return call. When I followed up again and explained the situation, I was told I would need to bring the vehicle in for a diagnostic inspection and pay an additional fee. This is unacceptable considering the issue appears to be related to a service that was paid for but not performed. I expected accountability and better customer service, but instead I was met with poor communication and an attempt to charge me more money to investigate a problem that should have been addressed under the original service. Very disappointed with the way this was handled.

  The staff was friendly & helpful. No pressure environment. Went for a test drive in a New 2500 HD Silverado. Beautiful truck. It drove well. Had cameras for navigating through tight spaces. Good turn radius. Drove very smooth for a 4x4. Robert helped me out and was an impressive sales professional. They're lucky to have him. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable as well completing the great experience.
