  They did a software update on the volt last set 2025 $690 , the car didn’t switch to gas when battery was depleted, and lock inself , then same thing happened las month, I took the car there ,still under guarantee, the service clerk said I have to paid $290 for inspection,, and quickly said was something completely different this time…, I ask first the manager, he waived the $290 , but , they changed the 12v battery for $490 , and unblocked the car , but I know the car wasn’t fix , no other recommendations, refused to give me the codes , they didn’t test if the car will switch to gas if the battery on the volt reached 0 miles or so , witch was the original problem when they did the software update last year … I sold the car because I didn’t want to deal with service people again, been condescending, no letting me speak, like Mr Cardenas

  My advisor, Faith Fujita, was great in helping me fix the engine light that came on for my vehicle. She was able to help solve the issue. The total price for the service of my vehicle was a bit pricey, but could’ve been more reasonable and a discount should’ve been used for the amount I had to pay. Everything was great with customer service and all. The only downfall or what i experienced is the time to wait for my vehicle and trying to figure out if i need a rental to be able to have transportation for work. Great experience overall!!!!

  This review is for Cristopher Campos. I took my daughter shopping for a car and Cris exceeded all our expectations. I don’t like pushy salespeople and he was NOT pushy at all. He let us make our own decisions in our own time and we never felt rushed. He is very laid back, attentive, very patient, very trustworthy and overall just a a great salesman!! Even after I bought the car I had many questions and he always got back to me right away and was so helpful!! Thank you Cris for everything and being sooooo cool!

  This review is based on the inconsistent communication that I received from two of the sales people I worked with. I was interested in financing a vehicle from here and prior to me submitting my application I felt like I was treated with respect and courtesy. Replies to my questions about the process to get approved were swift and straightforward. Once my application was submitted and my credit profile was viewed I was asked about a down payment which I immediately knew was going to be required due to my not good credit history. I said $5,000 I can do now. I waited for a reply and nothing. Then I got a message that the bank didn’t want to finance a lot and if I had more to put down which I said a higher number and then no communication for the remainder of the day. The next afternoon I reach out to see if there is an issue and if my last offer was received and I was transferred to the same person that I was working with but he didn’t answer. I called back and asked if someone else could help me with the process and I honestly thought things would be better based on his tone and eagerness to help me out like he said. He said he would pull up my application and go from there. He ended up saying that I would need to put down about $10,000 or go for an entirely different car that was cheaper and I asked if there was something else I could do he said he would get back to me in 30 minutes and that was it. I understand that nobody can force banks to approve me for financing however I would have appreciated to not have been ghosted because my credit score sucks.
