  This review shall be a bit ambiguous. Clark's, has the best prices in all of L.A. County, if not California; hands down. And, their warranties are unmatched. I priced a rebuilt Alternator for my car, and it comes with a Lifetime Warranty. My head explodes, every time I think of that. That's excellent. Kudos to the owner. However, the workers are rude in the store AND over the phone. Their Customer Service skill are lacking at best. In addition, no one smiles. No "Please" nor "Thank you". No greeting, upon entering the store. No offer to help you find something. So, I gave it 2 stars, because I didn't feel right going below that. Caveat Emptor!

  ​⚠️ Total Rip-Off and Horrible Customer Service ​Absolutely ridiculous pricing and terrible attitude. I went in looking for a master brake cylinder for a 2002 Chevy Tracker. They tried to charge me a staggering $290 for a cheap, Made-in-China part. Knowing that was insane, I checked online and bought the exact same part, brand new, on eBay for just $69. A $220 markup for the exact same quality is straight-up highway robbery. ​To make matters worse, the customer service is awful. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude and talked down to me the entire time, acting like I didn't know anything about auto parts just so he could justify overcharging me. ​Save your time, save your money, and shop online or go somewhere else. These guys will absolutely rip you off if you let them.

  Bought a Toyota ATF WS from Clark's Auto and upon searching the web I found out it is fake. Genuine comes with the red cap bottle while the black cap are fake. I went back to the store to get it refunded but the employee said they don't take returns on fluids even if it is still sealed. Customers be warned of retailers like these selling counterfeit products.
