- AAAlva A2 days ago1.0This was my first time getting my oil change service done at any Jiffy Lupe location and id have to say it was extremely disappointing. I came in and asked for a standard oil change. They drained my oil and poured in the new one, then I was asked to start the vehicle and immediately I knew something was off when i heard my car turn on and the oil pressure light came on. I began to hear all the oil pour out of my car because the technicians forgot to put in my new oil filter. The tech ran over to me to tell me to turn off the car and not a single person including (who i assume) was the manager Luis apologized or directly told me what was going on. Unfortunately I would not recommend you coming here for any service if they’re unable to do oil changes right and keep the customer aware of whats going on.

Turns out i was filled to the brim with antifreeze and barely any was put in. I paid for the managers mistake and am not happy about it even if it was like 8$
