  Scott was absolutely amazing! My friend and I got a flat tire on the highway yesterday while we were on our way to a little getaway, and we ended up getting towed to Tire Choice Auto. We were stressed and worried that the whole trip was going to be ruined, but Scott was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He got us in and out so quickly, took care of the issue, and got us safely back on the road in no time. We really appreciated how kind, efficient, and reassuring he was during what could have been a very frustrating situation. Thank you, Scott, for helping save our little getaway! We truly appreciate you and the team for great service.

  Thank you Scott!!! You saved my life! I was driving down the highway really low on air. There was no places open. Scott was very friendly and available right away super professional super fast. I got air in all my tires so I’m able to drive safely on the road. I really like this place a nice atmosphere nice customer service thank you so much! Scott yall are amazing!

  Had a problem with a failed panel under my Tesla that was a headache to deal with. These guys were the only shop open on Saturdays and I can’t thank them enough for their help. Fit my car in between their current customers, took the panel off and explained what went wrong, and gave advice on what to do next when I got home. All this and they didn’t charge me a penny. All they said was, “We’re just glad to be able to get you back on the road.” Hard to find that kind of kindness these days. Definitely go here if you want great customer service and honest work. Thanks again guys!

  I ordered tires online and had them shipped to this location. I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 8 am. When I arrived at the shop, I was told the installation machine was broken and that I needed to reschedule for a later date. I was frustrated but I understood. I scheduled for the following Wednesday morning. When I arrived Wednesday morning, at the time I had been scheduled, I was told I needed to wait, as there was already another 10 am appointment they were working on. The worker didn’t seem sorry for the inconvenience. I understand it’s just a job, but after the two times I accommodated their issues, I would have appreciated some sort of better customer service and engagement. After waiting over an hour I asked how much longer it might be, and the rep said it would be at least another hour. I then asked for my tires so I could have them installed elsewhere. I took it down to a shop a couple miles down the road. I was looking for a shop to come back to as a repeat customer but . unfortunately I won’t be coming back to this location. I doubt they will care but I was a bad experience. I’d recommend going to Ramirez Tire. They were helpful, quick and similarly priced.
