- JMJacqueline Miranda2 days ago5.0Reservation and drop off was simple. Pick-up took long, but the location was extremely busy that day. Staff tried their hardest to move things along.
- JBJust Bubbz_3 days ago1.0Everytime I have rented from here, there was always something wrong with the cars, mechanically. There was a car that I rented and it wasn't ready yet, they had to clean it, and while I was waiting I overheard a conversation. One of the workers was on the phone with a mechanic when he stated, "oh yeah, just drill a screw into it to hold it together, I need it done before the end of the day." After mine was ready, on the way to Vegas it has an engine issue that stopped us in the middle of the freeway. The next car I received in another rental, had yet again an engine issue. Do regular safety checks on your vehicles! Also, they don't tip their Uber Eats drivers 🙄 I suggest not renting here..

I just left it at auto body shop when I picked up my car. Auto body shop and enterprise handled the rest! I was then called by enterprise to close out contract. Easy, no hassles, very quick!

It is a very busy place in and out but Jamie helped me get a car within 20 mins. The guys in the back were also very fast getting me into a car and helpful.
