They handled each customer with care, not rushing, but also not taking so long to upset waiting customers. The car I originally booked wasn’t available, but that was quickly corrected with a great alternative vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely let family and friends know to choose Enterprise. Thanks y’all!!

The interior had food crumbs, greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel, the touch screen, and windows. And they stated these are “no smoking” vehicles but the one they gave us smells so strongly of weed. Asked them to clean it before handing it over and they refused and had no other rentals to give us.
