  I always take my two vehicles to this one location even though it's a bit out of my way . On my last visit I did not like the vibe. Apparently, they had managers from other locations there all working together. Two men off the bat were very rude and aggressive in their behavior and I did not like how I was spoken to. I've never been treated like this at this location before. This one location in particular has one more chance with me and my vehicles. I will literally take my business to the next 15 minute oil shop. One of my vehicles is a fleet vehicle so it gets checked more often . I'll just take it to Toyota. As a woman. I won't go through that behavior again.

  Literally always have a great experience here. They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient when explaining everything. Very quick and efficient, too. As someone who knows very little about cars and car maintenance, they make it a comfortable experience and I never feel pressured for upsells. Will continue going here!

  Just left and will always return! I got there early enough to get in and out with no wait, the guys are all upbeat, welcoming and informative. Raymond, the manager personally checked in with me before my departure and I really appreciate that. Have a lovely day, y'all and thank you for the prompt service!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been bringing my 2018 Chevy Traverse to this location for oil changes since I purchased it brand new in 2018—and I can honestly say they’ve probably handled 98% of my oil changes over the years! In all that time, I have never received bad service and have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and somehow always smiling—even when it is WAY too hot to be smiling in this Kern County heat! ☀️😂 What I appreciate most is the personal touch and honesty. They take the time to explain the services they recommend, why they’re needed, and—most importantly—which ones actually need to be done now and which ones can safely wait until a future visit. I never feel pressured or like they’re simply trying to make a quick buck. It truly feels like their priority is making sure the customer and their vehicle receive the right service at the right time. After eight years of consistently great experiences, that kind of trust means a lot. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of my Traverse and for continuing to provide excellent customer service year after year! 🚙❤️
