  The team was outstanding I felt like I was at a pit stop in a NASCAR race they rotated my tires did my oil change changed my wiper blades in my company truck all while I was on a team's meeting making money for the company. The drive-thru option is great worked well for me but more importantly it was the team and particularly the manager that impressed me.

  I had a great experience at this Valvoline today I was helped so quick by Eric while I was still outside of the stall he did all of the pre-Service inspection before I was even in the bay. He was super helpful and informative on the services and products that were available The Assistant Manager Kylee Came over to help me reset my service light and even researched how to do it when we realized my model was different than other models. I'd recommend anybody here I was in and out and they're open until 6 PM.

  This is my favorite location. I’ve brought my Enterprise fleet truck in a few times when passing through for regular maintenance and they make it so easy. I’m back on the road and fully confident in my vehicle after the multi-point checks. Thank you to Kylee, Andrew, and Erik for being so friendly and getting all my maintenance (tire rotation, oil/filter change, cabin air filter replacement, wiper replacement, and multi-point checks) completed so quickly during my visit on 8/29!

  They are overpriced, they wanted $60 for an air cabin filter, but if you are in a hurry, they were quick, nice and easy to work with. My daughter was getting antsy in the backseat and they brought her a coloring book and a lollipop. Just the oil change seemed fair; I don't know prices elsewhere, but if you consider convenience it was worth it.

  Great experience at Valvoline! Eric & The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and had my oil change done quickly. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated how easy and convenient they made the whole process. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Valvoline! (Rosedale HWY Location)
