  Came to get an oil change today and was helped by the assistant manager, Kay. She was great and extremely helpful. I’ve never had such great service at a valvoline and I’ve been coming here for years. Kindness goes a long way these days and she had a good heart❤️

  Be careful with this place, they lack experience. I took in my Volvo this weekend and was told that i had a leak. So i asked them to not perform services on my car because i needed to take it to a mechanic to check out the leak. They said that unfortunately they still had to charge me for the oil change because they had already emptied the old oil. After the oil change i took it straight to a mechanic and after inspecting the vehicle thoroughly he found no leak. There was oil there on some engine components but the mechanic said it was because the people at Valvoline were not careful when they changed the oil filter and oil spilled out under pressure No leak at all, and on top of that the customer was trying to convince me to go non synthetic “to save money” in case my mechanic had to perform another new oil change after checking out the leak My suggestion is why dont they perform the inspection first before starting the oil change that way they can alert the customer and give them another option?

  Never had a bad experience at this place! Always super quick and completely efficient. Went recently for an oil change and the manager Kay was awesome! Made sure we knew exactly what was going on and even went above and beyond to ensure our car was in complete working order to keep us safe on the road. Definitely take your business here!

  I stopped by Valvoline for a quick oil change, and honestly, the experience was way better than expected. Miguel, Jacob, and DJ were running the show like a well-oiled machine (pun intended, I guess). From the start, they were professional but still kept things light and easygoing. You can tell these guys actually know what they’re doing, they weren’t just going through the motions and checked all the fluids and did an inspection of the trucks lights while I was sitting comfortably in the cab. They explained what they were checking, kept me in the loop, and got everything done quickly without making it feel rushed. What stood out the most was how well they worked together. No confusion, no wasted time just smooth teamwork. It’s not something you always see, especially at places that are supposed to be “quick service.”” Overall, solid experience. In and out, no nonsense, and my car’s taken care of. Miguel, Jacob, and DJ definitely made it worth the stop.

  This is my first time going to Valvoline oil change. Let me tell you I was so impressed that there were women running the shop. Stephanie was the manager on duty and she was checking on my fluids, checking the air pressure, kay Was so helpful and friendly, assured me if I ever needed anything I can definitely come back see her Stephanie. And then I found out that Rosa was the one who was underneath the car changing out the oil. I am so impressed with Valvoline. This is not just a man’s job. Women can do it too. Now don’t get me wrong, Jacob did help me and he was very kind and informative as well. I am so happy that they have women working at this place. Usually, my husband or my son will do my oil change, but since it was long overdue, I needed to do it myself, and I was intimidated of going, cause I thought they were gonna overcharge me or try to upsell me With unnecessary stuff because I’m a woman. But having women there just made me feel that much comfortable knowing that I wasn’t going to get taken advantage of. Great job Valvoline. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, Stephanie, KAY, Rosa, and Jacob, you all made this experience so well worth it
