  This valvoline helped right away and answered all my questions with ease and helped set me on the right path to make sure my car was running smoothly. They checked for any leaks and damage and set me on my way with a super low price. The staff was incredibly nice especially skittles and Jeff. Highly recommend this location!!!

  Nono was very helpful and explained everything. He was so nice, my grandson was getting antsy in the back seat and Nono brought him a toy and a popsicle that kept him occupied until the service was done. That was very thoughtful.

  Loved my experience today! Greeted with a smile and friendliness by Ashley who also offered my kids coloring books. She showed me every step of what they were doing and how items looked when being changed. Also received amazing service from nick and Oscar who helped work on our car. Highly recommend coming to this vavoline 10/10

  They told my wife to leave a review and I’m very glad she didn’t and waited until they finished their job so I could have the opportunity to say this. My wife was delayed in picking up our son because somehow while getting the oil changed an employee managed to get oil all over our car. Mind you our car was literally detailed TODAY. I understand accidents happen, but my wife was stressed trying to hurry to get to our son and all they offered her was a million apologies and try to clean it up. So the clean up? Yeah, this is a nightmare. We are spending the evening trying to get oil off of our car after just getting it detailed. I just want to say you guys are very lucky it wasn’t me who was there. You clearly took advantage of the fact that my wife isn’t a Karen and is a really nice person, because I would have handled it very differently and most people would have as well. Didn’t even offer a discount, not even a measly coupon at the least. Again I get accidents happen but it’s how you make it right afterwards that matters. I am livid on the fact that we are outside in the heat trying to get oil off of our car after just getting it detailed. So yeah, thanks for the several apologies guys.

  It has been a while since I’ve been evolving since the oil change when I usually go to other local auto shops or do myself at home but I got off work. I was very exhausted for a long days of work as of August 5, 2026 as a when I approach this location oil for instant oil change there was one truck being worked on as I waited over more than five minutes and As all the employees looked at me, no one surged or was eager to help me out as One approached me. He was the assistant manager named.Johnny heavy set gentleman and had a really bad attitude raise his voice the whole time and talks down upon people careful upon anybody who goes here if this man helps you out named Johnny. He will definitely take his anger out on you in aggressio in any way possible and tries to make you look stupid anyway as possible. Oil change price is great service is great but never like come to this location again as the employees and staff are very rude and unprofessional when it comes to vehicle maintenance service upon Greeting customers and people and service at the same time. Never will again, will I come to this location For any vehicle service maintenance at all or Will bring my service here ever again.
