  Small crack was not filled. Technician just used a crack fill kit that one can buy from an auto parts store. High expectations for a small windshield repair. Should’ve just done it myself.

  Today, 08/22/2026, I had my 2018 BMW M3 windshield replaced. While driving home I noticed rattling coming from my windshield (giving them benefit of the doubt that the windshield needed to be seated longer with whatever glue they used - UPDATE: this was true, the rattling has subsided after a couple days) and upon arriving home and giving the windshield a good look over, I noticed my windshield cowl was in pretty rough shape. I don’t get my windshield replaced often (as I expect many people don’t), BUT NOTE TO ALL, LOOK FOR THIS before service is performed! It may be worth your while to purchase a new cowl prior to service to allow Safelite to give you back a good product. While it would be nice for the techs to call out a sun damaged cowl prior to service, the truth is, it just may not happen that way (my case). They were nice enough to offer a free install of a new cowl if I order a new one at no charge. My only recommendation to Safelite is to call out these type of scenarios and promote that customers purchase a cowl along with a windshield to have a clean looking car (if the cowl can’t be reinstalled in the same condition). A simple photo consultation prior to an appointment I think could go a very long way and just my recommendation to the team. Other than this, their customer service is great and pricing was even better.

  Technician arrived on time and was wonderful. Friendly, professional, courteous and did a great job. Very fast but not rushed and did an excellent job. Clean and like it never happened. I would recommend Safelite for ALL auto glass repair.

  I wasn’t going to leave a review but the work that was done on my car today was just super sloppy! I’ve booked with this company before, first time was smooth no problems. This time it’s like they sent me a technician that was new on the job and didn’t know what he was doing! The tech was GLENN, he came out a second time to fix his mess and later tonight I noticed my vin is half way covered and my wipers were completely wrong! Idk if he was in a hurry or just didn’t know what he was doing! Now I have to make another appt to fix my VIN!
