  1 star only because 0 isn’t an option. Safelite damaged my car during a windshield replacement and then apparently decided accountability wasn’t part of the service. The manager, Taylor, was unbelievably unprofessional and completely useless when it came to resolving the damage. Terrible workmanship, terrible customer service, and absolutely no accountability. I wouldn’t trust this company with a shopping cart, let alone my car.

  Fast and quick. Pulled the trigger on getting it replaced on Thursday and they were available on a Monday. They are pricey, my repair was $1,000 but the convenience of them coming to your house and doing the repair is pretty nice. Good thing they work with 3rd parties to do payment plans.

  This office is on Sillect Ave.. Yerba little traffic and easy to get to. Friendly people and very thorough with the information. Also quick with the work.

  I had an accident the end of august and so I was trying to get my windshield replaced.. 2 weeks of going back and forth with the employees. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt when they said that I had to tow my car to their place of business in order to get my car recalibrated "cause they cant recalibrate from the mobile service option" Just recently I saw the Tv commercial for this place of business and it clearly states in the commercial "get your windshield recalibrated in your own drive way" so its clear that the employees i spoke with were unhelpful and misinformed. I ended up with a different place of business to fix my issue I'm hoping that my experience can help your business do better cause its crucial if customers feel the need to go elsewhere cause your employees are unhelpful or misinformed.

  I use Safelite every time I’ve had to replace a windshield and this is my second time. The first time was probably 20 years ago in a different location and the consistency was the same great Service great people to interact with. I’d recommend them every time. I have a 98 Toyota forerunner so the windshield was not in stock, but they got on it immediately, and took care of me as soon as it got delivered.
