- JLJeremy LeonJun 22, 20265.0People should look up and actually read the name of the business before they post a bad review! The PILOT does not require proof of purchase for restrooms. It is the SHELL across the street that does that.
- MBMary BairesJun 17, 20262.0Very inconvenient to require purchase before using the restroom at what is supposed to be a travel stop. Last thing I want to do while needing to pee really bad is to rummage through the store, beg for a receipt, and then have to go back to my car to drop off my things. The store is fully stocked and clean but Love's has all that minus the inconvenience.
- RRRonnieMay 15, 20261.0If i could rate ZERO STARS i would. Ive been showering at the local Pilot Travel Centers for months. This is by far the most difficult travel center to purchase a coffee and pay full price for a shower. Yes, even if you pay full price for a shower, as most drivers shower for free. Yes, i am the guy who asked for a refund for a shower. PILOT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. Countless times i have been left waiting over 30 mins for a shower when they were mostly unoocupied and the fact was the staff was not attending to them until they were completely back logged. We wont mention that they dont clean the floors in the shower, nothing seems wiped down l, and the cart just sits in the way, and the rude associates at the counter remind you "hes back there" when clearly "he" is not and there is the overall lack of supervision. As in is there even a manager here?? Horrible. Im turning my frequent shopper card in and heading to LOVE'S.

- NDNatalie DuchesneMay 6, 20261.0Tonight, I realized why the Pilot in Bakersfield is always empty. The showers are dirty and small. There are no floor mats at the shower entrance. They don't even give you a bag when you buy multiple items. And the staff was very unpleasant. From now on, for me, it's Love's—and nothing else.
