- HWHoward Walmsley3 days ago3.0⭐ 1 Star | Filthy, Understaffed, and Completely Unacceptable This Pilot location is absolutely disgusting. The floors, chairs, tables, and surrounding areas are filthy. It looks like nobody has bothered to vacuum, mop, or properly clean this place in quite some time. To make matters worse, they are severely understaffed, so getting anything takes forever. The entire place feels neglected and poorly managed. The conditions are so unsanitary that you don’t even feel comfortable eating the food here. Also never seen sold out at Taco Bell. Management needs to seriously address the cleanliness of this facility and hire enough employees to properly operate it. Customers deserve a clean environment, especially when they’re stopping to eat and take a break from traveling. My advice: Don’t stop here unless you absolutely have to. Keep driving and find somewhere cleaner.
