  I had a disappointing experience at this Pilot Flying J. I purchased a case of water at the Pilot checkout while waiting for my Taco Bell order inside the store. When I left, a security guard stopped me and asked for my receipt. I no longer had it, so I showed my card transaction, but the cashier said they didn’t remember whether I had paid. After checking, they confirmed that I had paid. Even after my payment was verified, I was treated rudely and was not offered an apology. The security guard also asked me what company I drive for, which I felt was unnecessary. I have stopped at many Pilot locations and I have never been treated this way before.

  EV Chargers located in full sun and hot, screens hard to see in full sun, but other than that, everything went smoothly and there are trash cans and even squeegees for washing your windshield and bathrooms at the EV charging stations. There are four 350kw stations linked to EVGO and gm.

  I love this place we're else can you find a 24 H.R taco bell and Jack-in the box, Starbucks. Del Taco. And street taco taco trucks and a 24/7 pilot gas station all in One ? Hands Down my favorite Truck stop
