- JSJagjivan SinghJun 29, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this Pilot Flying J. I purchased a case of water at the Pilot checkout while waiting for my Taco Bell order inside the store. When I left, a security guard stopped me and asked for my receipt. I no longer had it, so I showed my card transaction, but the cashier said they didn’t remember whether I had paid. After checking, they confirmed that I had paid. Even after my payment was verified, I was treated rudely and was not offered an apology. The security guard also asked me what company I drive for, which I felt was unnecessary. I have stopped at many Pilot locations and I have never been treated this way before.
