  When u guys come over here asking for showers they always told you should wait 1 hour when we see the shower they always empty nd clean staff was very rude too

  Today, on June 15, 2026, I had a very bad experience at this location. The cashier was very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Several times, he was busy using his personal mobile phone while working and was not paying proper attention to customers. I came several times to take a shower, but each time I was told that I had to wait about half an hour. Meanwhile, my friend, who came from about 50 miles away, was allowed to use the shower without waiting, but I was not. When I spoke with the employee about this issue, he responded loudly and with inappropriate behavior. I also felt that he was not honest with me and gave me false information. I respectfully ask the management to review the security cameras to verify this employee’s behavior and his use of his personal mobile phone during working hours. I hope that, in order to maintain respect for customers, more care will be taken in hiring and supervising employees.

  It says they have 14 showers, but in reality, there are only 3! Everything there is dirty and disgusting! Avoid this place if at all possible! The food is stale—you could get food poisoning.

  Taco truck and indian truck. Has showers for pilot credits but you have to go in, the app wont show the showers. Huge parking lot

  The Mexican employee that was cleaning around the coffee area was really rude. We were there in the morning around 8am. We pumped more than $600 in gas in our semi and went in to get our coffee like we always do at other Pilots, but this experience was extremely poor. The employee was definitely having a bad morning. I did tell her that she should not be treating customers that way and she said that she didn’t care. Customers should be allowed to get their coffee in peace without employees cleaning over them while getting their coffee. Morning coffee for drivers is very important, and every other Pilot employee in other Pilots greet you and are very nice. Maybe because this is a Pilot dealer, that’s why the employees don’t care and are rude to customers?
