- CHColleen HarbisonJul 20, 20261.0I visited this charging station 2 times in the last few days, driving from Ventura County to Visalia and returning. At my first stop, the initial charger wouldn't connect. I just got a swirling circle, looking for a connection. I moved to another charger and easily connected, and it had impressive speed. Three days later, on my return, the charger I used previously wasn't available. There were lots of stations open, so I pulled in. Same issue as with the initial charger. I moved to another charger. Same issue. I wanted to use my ChargePoint app because I have a credit. I switched to the EvGo app. No luck. Switched machines again. Finally, a helpful person came over and said he had the same problem and that the only way the machine would work was to tap the credit card. I did that, and it finally worked. While I was there, there were at least 3 other cars that were moving from station to station, trying to find one that worked. I'll find another charging station next time we drive to Visalia.
