  Had a reservation for noon today and showed up at 24th st here and they said they take reservations but that doesn't mean they will have the car and so i left without a car.

  When I picked up the rental, I notified them that I would be needing a ride when dropping off the rental. When I dropped off I asked if they were going to give me a ride they said they couldn't because it was just 2 people working, how is that my problem then they made it seem like it was my fault because I didn't inform them earlier when I did tell them when I picked up the vehicle that I would need a ride back. Very unprofessional and the manager is rude and careless.

  This business has really gone down hill with customer service, reliability, and honesty. The number listed to each place directs you to a call center that books reservations to inventory they cannot see! Manger told the company expects the store to sort it out and cause they end up making more money through upselling! Payment process is super lengthy and more personal. This location was chaotic and the employees seemed over whelmed which rude and inefficient Customer Service. Shame on enterprise for Purposely setting up a system to deceive customers into paying more money while creating unnecessary frustration and negatively impacting schedules from false reservation creations.
