  I love this location!! Staff are polite and have done everything to make my experiences pleasant. They are often busy when I come in but they always greet me when I walk in the door. When it come to getting the vehicle i reserved there has only been a couple of times that they don't have the car I requested but they are quick to offer me something else. There has been one time where I had an issue with a car (poor AC) but again they told me to come back and they would take care of me. I think my favorite thing about this location is that many of the staff know me by name and greet me by name!! This to me is a very big deal and I truly appreciate it. I would also like to add that there have been a couple of instances where there have been customers that were extremely rude, but staff held it together and continued to provide the best service they can despite being treated poorly by an unreasonable customer. I won't go to any other location!!!

  Everyone was so nice and helpful there. I was supposed to have my rental back in the morning but had some set backs and couldn't get it back until closing, came in 3 minutes to closing rushing in and they were so understanding about it. The rental car provided was great too! They made sure they documented all scratches and dents that were on the car before I had it and made sure I knew all my options and costs up front.

  Worst company ever plus AAA was no help. You think that renting a vehicle would be safer just in case something happened you would be covered. We were driving from our camping trip there was 7 of us plus camping equipment car broke down thankfully at the only store for miles on highway 1. No cell phone service but the lady at the convenience store let us use her phone. We called enterprise to let them know we are stuck they transferred us to AAA somehow with all the technology couldn’t figure out where we were. Then it turned into we can’t get you a a new car rental out there you have to go get it. How if we have no transportation. We talked to several AAA employees all told us different things and left us in limbo we ended up calling a friend with a truck loading the truck and driving back home with to many passenger’s thankfully we got home around midnight 12 hours of uncertainty and desperation. Tow truck never showed up. Employee at the convenience store told us every time this has happened it takes them three days to get there because no one wants to go even though they have contracts with AAA and enterprise. Such and easy fix but laziness and careless corporation won’t help you even though we are paying for their service.

  If you shop here be careful and make sure you get the insurance coverage because they will find anything to submit a claim against your insurance. It was honestly a joke... I was baffled at what one perceives as damage when I returned the car at another location and they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. I even mentioned this too the other enterprise in northern california and they laughed and said there was no reportable damage on the car. So just be careful when you rent here because they might say you need a claim when you actually don't. - Mo
