  Was told insurance was removed as I have full coverage...was charged 500 for 2 weeks when my own plan in less than half that for month...they had a note saying I called to have removed then switched up wording next day saying i inquired about it. Car was setup by insurance after we hit a deer and totaled our suv...what a joke..was told ill be called back by end of day and was ghosted. Then i callef next day and was told by manager to be happy i paid less then most people's deductible lol Preying on ppl who were in an emergency 1200 miles from home. Hope the 500 was worth the future buisness as this rental was 1800. I stated if they can't fix it they will lose a customer..she said she won't refund and I told her have a great day ill leave an honest review and move on wiyh my buisness elsewhere.

  Process was easy staff was nice, the car smelled funny but served its purpose, would recommend.

  It was a great service n everything went smooth with the rental..had a bit of a problem finding the location..due to the small parking lot. Got a car to drive n was happy with the rental vehicle 👍

  Do not recommend coming here. We picked up a vehicle here yesterday once we got home we realized that air-conditioning does not work. Bakersfield is getting too over 110°. We have three babies and three car seats. We now need to move once again a car that we already filled up with gas and they said that they can’t do anything for us besides switch out the vehicle. They wasted our time and our money and offered no compensation. Highly recommend going to the location on airport.

  I went through USAA, had an appt to pick up on Thursday, when I arrived the reservation at Enterprise was canceled. I was not emailed nor informed. I had to stand in your lobby and call USAA again I was quoted for 2 days with unlimited milage and insurance was to be about $135. When I verifies with the associate at the service desk (after he informed me of tue cancelation), I inquired if he needed anything to complete the rental besides my ID and debt card. He said no so I let my husband go. After this I was I formed the price was doubled, with the SUV, no limit miles and insurance. And to add to all this he now needed two more formed of ID! It felt like a bait and switch, I wasn't able to get a hold of my husband, to come and get me so I felt pressed to just accept the pricing and horrid situation I was in. I called Enterprise through USAA informing them of the situation and was told i would be called within 24 hours. I was never called or emailed. Not satisfied at all! Poor communication, bad service! The SUV was clean, and fuel efficient. But I seriously doubt I will use Enterprise again.
