    I would not rent a vehicle from Enterprise. The car I rented smelled of cigarette smoke to the extent that I had to drive with the windows down. I returned the vehicle early due to this.

    Came in on a Monday morning to rent a car for the week. It was crazy busy and the team was shorthanded. Kai was working unbelievable hard and still provided excellent customer service. I needed an SUV but only a Sedan was available. He gave me his cell and said to text him later in the day to see if any SUVs check-in. Sure enough one came in and he was able to secure it for me. Awesome job by a hardworking and friendly agent!

    Kai and the manager in Bakersfield were most helpful and considerate. Lily at the dropoff in Phoenix was very friendly and helpful. The car was great.

    The new car rental facility for Enterprise rent a car on 98th Ave in Los Angeles is amazing. Easy to get to. The shuttle even picked me up and was from a different carrier. If you check in online you go straight to pick up your car and pick what you want. Loved it. Everyone was very nice and drop off was just as easy. Thank you Enterprise for 25 years of renting from you.
