- BBBrandon5 days ago5.0They were inundated with customers this morning. That said, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They worked with urgency and sincerely cared about getting people on their way asap. My wait was less than expected. All in all, it was probably the best rental pickup experience I’ve ever had. I hope corporate is acknowledging this office for their hustle and exceptional customer service skills.
- RRReginaAug 16, 20265.0Had to get a rental after my accident while car was being fixed. Chris is the best at gasoline alley location. Very helpful and friendly. Even showed me how to use the car before letting me leave the lot with it. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do and he really did good and made sure I was a happy customer. Other staff members are also friendly.

We went in unsure what we were looking for, but Jacob showed us a great selection of cars. Being a first time customer with them, did not disappoint. Will definitely use this company again for future trips. Great staff and reliable cars. Highly recommend. 💯

The last rental I was NOT happy, because vehicle was not ready until one hour later, therefore I missed my out town Dr. Appt. They need more staff/ receptionist to answer phone. The car rental was good my only complaint was not been available on time.
