- MCMaria CaretelaSep 25, 20265.0I rented a car from here through Expedia and was nervous of course because it was through a third party but Steven made this whole process SOOOOO EASY and was phenomenal! In fact, I am leaving this review because I was told I may receive a survey but I did not and I wanted to give Steven his kudos properly either way. Thank you Steven!
- DFDavid FonsecaSep 24, 20261.0The service here was disappointing to say the least. Very unprofessional and I would advise you to think twice before coming here as I was lied to when I came to get the car I had a reservation for and told that the people who make the reservations by phone do not know their own stock but I saw that the car I had reserved for was given to someone else. I know my car was given to someone else as I was waiting in my vehicle calling around and long and behold the same car I reserved was driven away by someone else.

He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Really appreciate the help and great service, Maximus. Definitely a great representation of the Enterprise team!
