  Stopped here on our trip up to Bay Area after our trailer lights broke. People were really helpful, professional, and nice. They did a nice, clean job of replacing and rewiring the connector. In and out in less than an hour.

  Terrible place! I wish I could provide a lower rating! Teresa was the rep helping me and she is garbage to work with! Terrible customer service and follow up! I have messages dating back to 04/14/2026. I’ve been trying to buy a trailer from them for months and it’s like they don’t want my money. I would call and no answer. I’d leave a voicemail and no call back. I’d text them, then hours later they would reach out. I’m going to take my business elsewhere where! I gave them photos, dimensions and weight specs I needed to make the process super easy and still they wasted my time. Don’t waste your time! Buyers beware! UPDATE (06/11/2026): Don't let the comment fool you below! They requested for me to reach out so they can 'look into this further', I emailed them on 06/08/2026 and 06/09/2026 and did not receive a response. Terrible customer service! I don't even know why I bothered!
