I didn’t ultimately purchase my vehicle from Jacky at Bakersfield Mazda, but I still felt like she absolutely deserved a review because of how incredible she was throughout my entire car-shopping experience.
From the beginning, Jacky was kind, patient, responsive, and genuinely willing to work with me. I was shopping after unexpectedly losing my previous vehicle in an accident, so finding the right replacement—especially something safe for my family—was extremely important to me. I had done a LOT of research, had very specific things I wanted, and probably asked more questions than the average customer. Jacky never made me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was wasting her time.
What impressed me most was that even while she knew I was comparing vehicles and prices with another Mazda dealership, she continued treating me with the same level of respect and professionalism. There were no games, no attitude, and no high-pressure sales tactics. She simply worked hard to earn my business and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for my family.
I ultimately found the exact CX-90 I wanted at another dealership, but that does not take away from the experience Jacky gave me. Sometimes great customer service deserves recognition even when it doesn’t result in the sale, and Jacky is a perfect example of that.
If you’re shopping at Bakersfield Mazda, ask for Jacky. She’s the kind of salesperson who makes an overwhelming process feel a whole lot easier, and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for their next Mazda.

Went in cause my car that I bought 3 months ago wouldn’t start , they checked my car asap and detected a bad battery, that wasn’t under warranty but the general sales manger Joe gacad took care and resolved this issue. Thank you for that Joe . They stand behind their cars and there customers at Mazda of Bakersfield next time when I’m ready to upgrade or buy a new car I’m definitely going there , no doubt

Ricardo in financing made the buy of my new car easy and stress free. I purchased my 2025 Mazda CX-5 from Bakersfield Mazda last year, and every time I’ve come in for service, I’ve received the best customer service. Today, I brought my car in because my passenger seat wasn’t moving. The team quickly found the problem and was able to take care of it for me. I’m so happy with the service I received!
I’ve had my fair share of horrible experiences with the service department at my previous vehicle’s dealership, Bakersfield Jeep, so Bakersfield Mazda has truly changed my experience for the better.
