The experience was way above the standard . Mr. MOYER was an outstanding Mazda representative. Overall, I arrived I spoke to the man I was quoted for the maintenance (transmission) Mazda provided a LYFT ride back home and also offered to have me brought there after the service. Thank you for providing a top notch service business.

It was my first time getting my CX5 serviced here. Overall, it was a good experience. I appreciated the coupon for oil change, in addition to the coffee machine and cold filtered water. Please add some paper towels or napkins to the drink area. The water machine got some water on the floor. I had to go to the restroom to get a towel to clean up. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will be coming back.

Great customer service! The staff were very attentive and worked with us to get a car we were happy with and at a price we felt comfortable with. Every time I go to the Bakersfield Mazda negative issues arise. There were mistakes about what you would or wouldn’t pay. Somehow you got my car mixed up with another family member. I had a fairly new gentleman that helped me, and he was very nice. He was just getting details mixed up after other service reps gave him instructions. Everyone has to learn so I’m showing him grace.
Another issue was I had taken a survey a while ago and I got a free detail. When I picked the car up there was stuff stuck to the bumper. I asked two of the employees (one a mechanic and one was my sales rep) what it was and didn’t they wax the car with the detail? They couldn’t answer that, stating that they don’t really know what a detail includes. The mechanic tried to scape off the stuff with his fingernail. A little came off but that shouldn’t have been overlooked. I got in the car and the seats and doors looked good but there was still things stuck in between the console. I guess that fingernails come in handy, but it should have been really cleaned in a professional manner.
My front brakes had to be done but I was grateful, after the mistakes throughout the day as well as the missing attention to the detail, I decided to save money and take it to a mechanic I trust. I’m hoping I have a better experience next time. I’m always hoping!
