  Worse customer service ever! I went in to return 3 items which 1 item (Tire Shine Spray) I was honest and told the girl I used a small amount on my tire and I didn’t like how it looked. The girl mentioned she had to ask if it can be returned and I informed her on her policy behind the receipt it shows I can. She didn’t respond to me and waiting until the manager came up to me which was a white gentleman that just came to the table and said, “I can’t return it because it’s a chemical and you used it.” I replied if it was possible to exchange it for different brand? He just repeated himself again saying, “I can’t return it because it’s a chemical and you used it.” Before I can even respond, he just walked away. This so called “Manager” had no customer service skills, cared more about a personal conversation he was having with other employees, and didn’t care about having a conversation with a “customer”. Obviously I know now Auto Zone has no training on how to talk to customers but their only training is how to locate a part on the computer and find it in the store. Way to go Auto Zone! Maybe take some time and provide a training to your employees on how to treat and talk to customers.

  A personal THANK YOU to store employee CEASAR this man went above and far beyond to help me. A simple battery replacement turned into a nightmare, CEASAR took his time and did everything possible to help me out spending close to 2 hours of his time troubleshooting the issue, found the fault code. I can not Thank Him enough for his relentless efforts I highly recommend this store and specifically this stores location. Also a thank you to the woman who helped me ( I do not recall her name ) as well as the store manager. Again thank you, You gained a customer for life and will be recommendable to everyone I know

  I love auto zone, always have! I went to this location 7/3 to test and change my battery. Angel helped me right away. He replaced my battery properly and with care. Unfortunately my car had a corroded wire so it wouldn’t start. He worked hard and patiently to clean the corroding. He then got Anthony to take over and Anthony was also super patient and worked hard to help with the corroded wire. He also helped me with something else to aid with the battery and I’m just forever grateful! My car doesn’t shake when idle now and I’ve had auto shops not be able to figure it out or quote me for outrageous fixes and it was something so simple. A $16 can of cleaner. Needless to say this will continue to be my favorite shop! Thank you guys again!

  Cody A was very helpful. Came in to get my battery tested. He helped me find the right replacement and installed it. He was respectful and laughed at all my horrible jokes. Great experience at this autozone. It was busy but the line was moving and everyone was being helped quickly.

  Kobe was very helpful and polite ! He assisted me in getting the right battery for my car and even changed it for me. awesome service and amazing stuff!
